Fabulous electic fire suite
Had a gorgeous electic fire suite 890hd from Bespoke fireplaces fitted today by brillant workers Gary and Lee. They were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Excellently fittef and demonstrated all packaging removed would highly recommend both Gary and Lee and Bespoke fireplaces.

Faulty PCB
I contacted the service department to inform them that my fire was no longer fully operational, even though power was reaching the unit. The response was quick, and after a few checks as to warranty validity, I was offered two solutions.
1. Have an engineer come to the house to fix the issue, which would take a number of weeks or:
2. Opt for a self-service option, where a video was sent to demonstrate the process for replacing the PCB that was faulty. The video came with a wiring diagram to ensure the correct wires were switched. There was also the offer of a call whilst I was replacing the unit to talk me through the process.
The part arrived, and I replaced the PCB without any issues. The fire is working perfectly. At every stage, Luke was quick to respond and offered constructive support. I was very impressed.

Great Company ' Wow'
Wow, what a great company. If anyone is considering having a Tv media wall installed , i would highly recommend The Costello group - Bespoke Fire Places. Excellent customer service and communication right from the moment we enter the show room and right through to the installation. I would also like to say a massive thank you to Mike the installer for giving us the perfect installation. Mike was very professional and turned up with the right attitude, happy to help and overcome any issues during the installation. The finished product look amazing. Replace circuit board.
After initial contact with Luke at Bespoke Fireplaces, I was quoted for the company to fit new circuit boards and an installation cost.
Both quoted costs were accepted and the remedial work was completed as scheduled.

Absolute class, already booked our third room
I am absolutely over the moon with this amazing company.. "If you’re looking for a luxury finish, honestly, don't look anywhere else.
We originally went into the Bespoke Fireplaces showroom just looking for one, but the quality was so good we ended up walking out with two!
In the lounge, we went for the Willow media wall. The integrated design and those FluteSlat panels look incredible..it’s turned a plain wall into a high-end cinema space.
For the bedroom, we chose the Lloyd. Even without the fire insert, it works as a stunning, sophisticated feature piece that has completely elevated the room’s decor.
A massive shout-out to the fitting team Jay and Ash…. who came to the house. They were absolutely amazing…totally professional, incredibly tidy, and their attention to detail was boss. You can tell they take real pride in their work;
everything was lined up perfectly and they left the place spotless.We’re so impressed that we’ve already gone back to get our second living room done too.
Highly recommend both of them..From the initial design to the final fit, the whole experience has been faultless. If you want quality products and a fitting team you can actually trust in your home, these are the people to call! Thanks to you all am over the moon… Jay & Ash thanks for your perfectionism .. 🙌🏻 xx

We had an online design consultation that was a little rushed due to the Jan sale ending but we placed our order. There was a little confusion with our colour choices and delivery but after speaking with Chris he pulled out all the stops to get our media wall out to us the next week. We were going to install it ourselves but our local joiner let us down and again Chris stepped in with Jay and Ash coming 10 days later to install the media wall. The service has been second to none, answering messages way beyond work hours and the care and attention to get the right outcome for the customer shone through. The installation team were nothing short of amazing, friendly and explained the process before, during and after the work was done. The result… amazing. The products are brilliant and my living room looks like a boujee hotel! Thank you so much especially to Chris and the installation partners Jay and Ash. Thank you for bringing to life our vision - we love it!

Great Customer Service and Excellent Products
We purchased a fireplace and found Colin in the showroom to be very helpful and went through everything with us. We only had to wait 2 weeks for the fire to be fitted by Mike and Gary. They discussed each decision we needed to make and went through all the information we needed. They were very friendly and left the house clean and tidy once they had done. We had a little issue after but this was quickly dealt with and sorted. Would highly recommend and the fireplace is lovely.
