The process to consolidate student loans was very straightforward and easy to complete. When I had any questions my loan representative, Jeremiah, responded quickly. I would definitely recommend using ELFI to anyone who wishes to consolidate student loans.

I got lots of excellent help from Didier in what was otherwise a bit of an overwhelming process. Didier helped guide me through the things I needed to submit my application and even where I might find all my loan information with my old providers.

ELFI is recommended
The company does well with working through problems with the loaner and their school. Communication between the company and the loaner is fantastic! Getting to the right people in a short amount of time is done extremely well. I did not have any problems with my loan on the companies end. I will highly recommend to others who are looking for student loans.

Access to ELFI Personnel
The overall ease of access to the application processing team was a huge deal to me. Being able to speak with someone within two minutes of calling is almost unheard of in my experience. Better yet, when I did speak with a team member, they were exceptionally helpful.

Very straightforward process
The best part of the process was that I had one person dedicated toward working with me on two separate parent loans. The process was very straightforward and communication was excellent. The only downside so far is that my child has started classes and dispersal of the loan still has not occurred. This is causing issues with the school
