Quick delivery and refund on items which were out of stock. Would have been better if I had been informed of this within the parcel, so as not to have had to phone to find out what was going to happen. Over all though good service thanks.

Needed the sashes promptly as they are for a 21st birthday party. I am not a professional event dresser, I just want the room to look nice.

I searched high and low online for square back shaped, long chair covers in a burgundy colour. You were the only company that I could find online!!

Whilst waiting for my delivery, I just hoped that that the product would fit my dining chairs and be of reasonable quality.

I am pleased to report that I am very happy with the chair covers that arrived. They were very economical in price, made of good quality robust fabric and a beautiful vibrant burgundy colour.

The quality of stiching of the fabric could be better resulting in the fabric not laying quite straight/flat in areas when placed on chairs ( the picture on the company website is an honest representation of the fit) but overall, considering the price of the covers, I am very very happy.

I would definitely recommend, and thanks again for a great product and service.

I can't get this company to reply to my emails regarding a returned item and refund so I really can't recommend them.

Terrific value for money. A slight issue with the print on my banner and an entire new one was sent immediately. I would really recommend l, fast service and the print is great. Also washes incredibly well.

Not a good first time buy experience. Ordered item tracking showed unable to deliver I called shop and was told it has been escalated and will be delivered 72 hours. I still didn't get it. Called them again to let them know few days to needing it for my event. They said to wait. I didn't receive item for event which cost me having to refund to my client. As an event business themselves they should understand delivering on a job and should respond to such postage delays with better alternatives.

Well packed and value product and fast delivery

Excellent speedy service, also best customer service when trying to return to items that were not needed. Even late on a Friday evening Romit helped me via the live chat. Couldn’t fault him. Still awaiting my refund but don’t foresee any problems in that happening.

Pre sales customer service excellent. They checked I'd ordered the correct size
Delivery: prompt within 3 days
Quality: its polyester..bright white as described. However the hem was all puckered and turned over in places as though the wrong tension had been used. I sent photos and received a reply to say that it was due to the tablecloth being round...and hope I understand!
I was asked to leave a review however my feedback and photos on their website were not accepted!! There are still no reviews for the round tablecloths....interesting!!
All I can say is you get what you pay for.
