Exchanges are not accepted

Recently, I placed an order for napkins and tablecloths. Upon the arrival of the tablecloths, I noticed that they are a bit smaller than I had anticipated. As a result, I contacted your customer service department to inquire about the possibility of exchanging the items.Unfortunately, I was informed that they do not accept returns.

Proceed with caution

As with the review below I am very concerned that my order placed end of Feb has not arrived and yet the tracker says delivered. Emailed the courier company and my email was blocked and sent 6 emails to the help email address over the last week and not had a reply

Table cloths

One of the items i ordered had a small hole in it. I emailed the company and received a reply in minutes to tell me they would send a replacement,it arrived the following day. What more could you ask for from any company! Excellent customer service

I have order a table and pay extra for next day delivery,but the table not delivery on time so I call to the company and a guy answer that coz of the wall in red sea ,this is a reason for delay ,so if you don't have a stock why you accept the order and delivery next day?so I request for refund ,he promised to refund to my account and provide a mobile phone number let me to contact him with WhatsApp,I send a message through WhatsApp and it read but no reply ,it is already one week still can't get the refund.very disappointed. It should no starvon the review

Excellent good. Extremely poor packaging. On arrival the box had split on two sides and was worried I may have lost some of the product, however on counting all present

Exceptional service

Delighted with my purchase and the price. The ordering process was very straight forward, as was the available payment options. My item was delivered the next day, was well packaged and the communication and updates were amazing. Thank you.
