I recently bought a key from here to activate windows on my PC.

Buying the key was quick and easy and I received my key as an email almost immediately after ordering. However, the key was not valid and I did begin to think I would have a massive issue getting a refund/new key.

They do not have live chat, instead you have to email them. But to their credit, they are so quick at replying and within 15 minutes of emailing them they sorted me out a new key which worked! It was no quibble, other than I had to verify the key I received was invalid with some screenshots.

I am not sure how this would work with more expensive purchases, or keys redeemed on console as it would be harder to provide evidence.

Couldn't download the game COD Modern Warfare and they've done nothing after numerous emails to their sales email. Said they would look into it but after a week to no avail. Will look into citing this website as fraudulent.

Ordered a simple Windows 10 Home Key

- First order was fake
- Replacement order was fake
- Said they would offer refund
- Only gave me the refund after I threatened to chargeback and report their website as fraudulent.

I bought a 12 month PSN. And it works perfectly fine. Would recommend to anyone reading this.

Easy and fast purchase!
We purchase one of their product, due to something odd the customer service did a security check and asked us if we were sure we wanted to proceed (as we bought something for our family overseas so a foreign license). This was very thoughtful to ensure people do not buy the wrong country key code.

Steer clear from this company! Took my money then they would not send codes stating that they need more info. Their customer service told me it’s their policy. I will never go to this site ever again.
