I made my order and wired the payment, I received nothing in return, and now they are asking me for my driver license or passport to ''confirm my identity''. This is a huge breach of privacy, sooo sketchy! Stay away from this site.

Ho acquistato una licenza Adobe valida per 3 mesi dal loro sito ma dopo un mese questa licenza è stata ritirata da adobe perché non valida.

bought a windows license from them and the seller provided a public generic setup key instead of a unique retail license. Windows activated and worked for while, but recently had to do a reinstall and discovered the scam.

Ordered a cheap steam key, using PayPal (£2.50). Asked for drivers licence / passport verification, nope that's a big red flag. Apparently going to refund my money. Status still pending in PayPal, no refund yet within first hour of transaction. Avoid.

I got the refund of my purchase from them within 12 hours. So even though they are very rigorous, they're are honest team

Bought a NEW cd key here, It was already used. I asked for a replacement, they said I woul need to make screen shots of my whole Steam account, included in the picture the time the date and my account name. They treated me as a suspect while clearly the wrong doing was on their end. After stating multple times I want a refund and delivering the pictures. THey ask me if I wanted a refund or a replacement... I had 3 co-workers and they just don't read the message over there. Very bad experience I had to chargeback the payment via my bank account sending again, evidence

Purchased a Spotify subscription at a reduced price from Electronic First. They are based in the UAE. Was provided a login that worked for 3 days then the Spotify account was cancelled/blocked - apparently 'No user exists with that username'! On their website they promise a 30 day 100% money back guarantee - this is a complete lie! Been trying to get my refund for last 2 weeks with no progress. Now I have to go to the trouble of raising a dispute through the bank. Do not trust this company.

Bought windows 11 Pro keys and office 2019 keys. 6 keys do not work - no replacement, no money back. STAY AWAY.

Ich habe ein Spiel bestellt und nach über 24 Stunden noch keinen Code bekommen. Auch der Support meldet sich nicht zurück. Das wird wohl mein erster und letzter Kauf gewesen sein.

2 dias funcionando, luego solo hacen dar vueltas al tema y no te dan una solución solo mareos y a perder el dinero.
No compréis nada.

I have used other websites for games and they have been really good so I forgot to check this company out I am afraid it's a scam or if actually legitimate I don't see it being around for long worst company I have ever used will not be using it again

This website is a total fraud. I bought a game and received someone else hotmail credentials without any game in it.

Kauf abgebrochen weil sie Ausweis wollten wegen einem key. Dann hieß es Geld kommt in 2 bis 3 Tagen zurück. Plötzlich hieß es 5 Tage und bis jetzt, 10 Tage keine Reaktion mehr und die 80 Euro sind weg. Scam und Betrug meiner Meinung nach.

Hice una compra en esta web porque prometían “entrega rápida" . Justo después de pagar, la página cambió mágicamente a “6-12 horas”. Ya han pasado más de 12 horas y sigo sin recibir absolutamente nada.
Además, me cobraron 0,48€ extra que en ningún momento aparecía en el precio. En la web ponen claramente “precio final con impuestos incluidos”, pero al pagar me sumaron ese cargo oculto sin explicación.
El pedido sigue en estado “Tratamiento”, sin avances ni comunicación seria por parte de la tienda. He pagado mi dinero, pero no tengo mi producto. Esto es un claro incumplimiento de contrato y un engaño hacia el consumidor.
Me parece totalmente inaceptable que una página que se publicita como “rápida y confiable” actúe de esta forma. Estoy guardando todas las capturas de pantalla y no dudaré en compartir un vídeo explicando la situación para que otros compradores no caigan en lo mismo.
No recomiendo esta tienda bajo ningún concepto:
Publicidad engañosa en los plazos de entrega.
Cobros ocultos en el precio final.
Incumplimiento de lo prometido.
Falta total de transparencia.
Si valoras tu dinero y tu tiempo, busca otra tienda más seria.
