Så om de sælger dine pas/kørekort billeder og oplysninger eller de blot vil låne penge nogle dage, hvem ved.
Jeg købte et digitalt gavekort som fødselsdagsgave, hvordan bliver et sådant forsinket 4 dage ?

I bought a product key for Windows 11 pro installed it worked fine but then said the activation key was already used on another PC got a hold of them they told me they will get a hold of me at 6 hours 3 days later still nothing really sounds like a shady business to me

yeah i got my key, i bought city skylines 2... but a lot of people say this site is a scam. im not sure if it it, but from my experience it was okay. had to wait a lil for the cd key but it all went farely smoothly. just make sure its not too cheap before you buy something.

Bought a W11 Pro key, Windows can't activate my machine due to the error message saying the key has been used before.

They have frozen my purchase until I verify my ID, and have taken my money. 0/5.

Bought a NEW cd key here, It was already used. I asked for a replacement, they said I woul need to make screen shots of my whole Steam account, included in the picture the time the date and my account name. They treated me as a suspect while clearly the wrong doing was on their end. After stating multple times I want a refund and delivering the pictures. THey ask me if I wanted a refund or a replacement... I had 3 co-workers and they just don't read the message over there. Very bad experience I had to chargeback the payment via my bank account sending again, evidence

I tried to buy Microsoft Flight Simulator 24. I put in card details and my bank flagged a potential fraudulent transaction. I looked in to website and all seemed genuine so I approved transaction. I then got a message from Electronicsfirst to say that they needed to verify my ID which I duly did. Then got an email saying my verification had been declined. Not sure I will ever see my £96 ever again.

Repeatedly could not get me the correct license...

These people put my order on hold, tell me to verify with a photo of my id next to their logo or written name, I reluctantly do just to get what I ordered and they cancel it and banned me access to my account right after. Can go f themselves

Absolutely shocking service! Order said processing for hours! I submitted a ticket to their 24/7 customer services which still hasn’t been replied to!!! Avoid!!

Scam and maybe fraud. ID verification not necessary and VERY dangerous for privacy

Says they will deliver preloaded steam account within next few hours but never do and I have now been waiting 2 days when it says the timeframe is 6-12 hours

SCAM - Avoid this trap, read all the red 1-star ratings.
They have a culture of taking orders and not delivering, supplying wrong and already used Keys, not replying, and not refunding. They state on Trustpilot that they'll investigate, but never have, and that they'll get in touch, but never do. This is my experience after one year chasing a refund. We should make a community effort to name and shame this crowd. I'll be back tomorrow with an update.

Electronic first is biggest scammer. I want to buy a licence of Snagit and they ask me to send them ID card.

Bought a 12 month Xbox pass via Paypal. EF is asking me to send a copy of my drivers license to validate the purchase. No chance, so far no refund.

Purchased a version of MS Office. It disappeared after one month - no record of installation.
Tried product support- waste of time. Avoid if possible.

Scammers, asking for drivers license details to buy a game code

Scam!!! They deduct the money immediately from your account and then request a copy of your ID and then require you to log out n to their site AFTER taking your money.
