We were pleasantly surprised when our washing machine was delivered on the bank holiday by two nice gentlemen. You always worry when buying online at a discount but our Bosch w/machine is perfect.

Fast delivery, good communication and cheapest price online for the product I was after.

Washing machine ordered on Saturday, I rang on wednesday to be told it would be delivered next day which it was, care though only delivered to ground floor! Lovely delivery man who took old machine away, very polite, and helpful.

Initial web review and previous rating convinced me to place an order, particularly as deliveries withn 2 days seemed possible. Placed the order on a Thursday evening, checked the following Monday to find out that the delivery would only be possible on Wednesday. Very poor - no incentives offered and no alterntives available. Looked to me someone had sat on the order and not processed it at all.
When I finally received delivery date confirmation I was told 9 till 5 but that the driver would ring in advance. Eventually got a call and the driver expected me to be at home within 20 min. That is not necessarily a lot of warning and I requested at least 30min as I had to leave work. After a lot of arguing and being treathend that they would not wait and delivery would be rearranged i got home as quick as I could. That is not the customer service you woudl expect at all. Very dissapointed about the conduct which is letting them down. Once product recieved and connected there have been no issues at all. Unit works well. So overall bad customer service but good product.

On first views I was a little sceptical about buying a tv from here as it was marked as an ex-display model, on seeing this I sent a message asking what condition it was in and got a very honest reply saying it may have some minor scratches and that most ex-display models are generally sold in excellent condition. Thinking long and hard I took the plunge and decided to order the tv at 2pm and recieved a call later that day saying that the tv was being delivered the next day! On the following day at 8am it had arrived (im impressed already) the delivery guys put it where needed and opened it to check it was all fine, tv was in perfect condition with all the protective wrappings on it and was like new without a single scratch on it, i am now the owner of a "like" new tv for less than £200 than any other online store. Thoroughly reccommend and will definitely use the service in future. :)

Found this while pricing a particular Bosch washing machine. The price wasn't too good to be true, but updates on the web about delivery and whether supply was confirmed were lacking so I had to phone a couple of times. Delivery means you have to stay in all day - no nice emails giving some sort of window. When it got here the delivery guys were lovely and brought it right to where I could walk it into position: as a pensioner I really appreciated that!

We have purchased from this company several times over the last few years and would have no hesitation to purchase again. Delivery is always prompt and polite. We have never needed to use any warranty service, but if we do, I trust that that experience will be good too.

The website promised a 2 day delivery which wasn't met. The 4 days it took was not a problem but better communication on expected delivery would have been useful and appreciated.

Cannot fault this company - I was a little disappointed that my new TV took 3 days to be delivered but that wasn't the company's fault as they did advertise 3 working days delivery (I was just hoping it would come sooner). They are easy to get hold of if you have any queries and respond to emails almost instantly. In my experience, they do what they promise - they are so receptive to helping you that you think they are just saying things to keep you happy but they do actually do what they say the will (so uncommon these days)! Very impressed

This zanussi washing machine is the second article I have purchased in a year the first being a lg 3d smart tv and I can honestly say no one and I repeat no one can match electrocentreltd for superb service at rock bottom prices and first class delivery as I ordered both items and they were delivered up to the north east of England within 24 hours and I can not praise them any higher

Would definately reccomend this place. Was pretty nervous about using someone we'd never heard of but read reviews and decided to give it a go. Mostly because the range oven we ordered was over £100 cheaper than from other places that we'd heard of.

We ordered the oven on a sunday night and it was with us by Tuesday. An amazing turnaround for a hefty sized oven!. The delivery time was a four hour slot which was pretty good for a free delivery and it turned up as promised.

The guys who delivered were in a bit of a hurry but brought the thing carefully through the house and checked for damage (although not very comprehensively). They were polite.

Only slight reservations were that I didn't get email confirmation or receipt. But would definitely use again for electrical goods. When we finally got round ti plumbing the thing in on bank holiday Monday we thought it had a fault and called up the helpline. Though the response was to give the manufacturers details - the person was helpful and I was impressed they had someone available on a bank holiday. (Turned out we were being daft and there was no problem with the oven)

Overall really impressed and its compelled me even to write a review which is rare! Thanks

This is the second item we've bought from Electrocentre and once again am extremely pleased with them. The only little gripe I have is that it says delivery between 1 to 3 days but it took a little longer. It was perfect for us but it would be great to have a little more communication on the likely delivery day within that 1 to 3 days, even if it wasn't delivered in that time frame (of 1 to 3 days). Bearing that in mind I couldn't find any other place that could deliver any quicker - Currys was 2 weeks and Argos was 3 weeks - so big thumbs up to Electrocentre. Fabulous delivery drivers who even tidied up their mess after themselves and put the rubbish outside for me. I will definitely be going back to Electrocentre when my next appliance gives up.
