I ordered two white electric radiators and received two black electric radiators and both packages were opened. They don't look new, someone opened the packages.

I love the mirror for my bathroom. I had a problem with late delivery from DHL and Olectrical.co.uk sorted it for me.

Quick Delivery, good communication, great product

Product was faulty and customer support didn’t resolve the issue. Unable to contact Olectrical by phone. Product will be returned when I can get in touch with someone who cares!

Absolutely first rate customer sevice. I ordered something that was unfortunately out of stock, but was contacted within the hour and offered a replacement at no further cost - several emails to ensure I received the correct item fit for purpose. Communication outstanding. Highly recommend.

I bought two outdoor lights for our garage from Olectrical and couldn’t be happier with the service. Unfortunately, one of the lights was faulty, but Jane from customer services sorted it out incredibly quickly and efficiently. Within a week, a replacement was organised with no hassle at all. Amazing customer service and a great experience overall — highly recommend Olectrical!

Absolutely first class service, my heated mirror broke 2 days before Christmas and was the only heating in our bathroom, my wife was in hospital with my daughter about to give birth and I needed a replacement in a real hurry, I emailed and explained my predicament and a lovely helpful lady called Jane answered me and Jane and her team did everything possible to deliver a replacement, in less than 24hrs it was on my door step, I fitted it with hours to spare before little monty came home and mummy could have a well needed hot shower in a warm bathroom.
Thank you so much for all your help and I really sincerely mean it, you guys are amazing especially Jane.

Socket went faulty after three days.
Contacted you twice.
Still no response from you.
Just got a refund so changing from one star to three.

Good service although the chat bot doesn't communicate with customer service.

Chat said that second order would be included with first as made within an hour and so postal charge would be for one not two orders.

They arrived separately and was charged for each.

Not company - but switch instructions could include how to remove front plate

Delivery time was slower than expected but that could of been due to bank holiday other than that perfect for your every day DIY bits

Simple to order delivery was good and within timeframe.

What a great company communication from start to finish was amazing great customer service from a lady called Jane so attentive and really helpful she elevated all the stress I had with a mirror got it returned on the day promised too I would definitely recommend this company and use them again a definite 5 stars ✨

We haven’t had it fitted yet but it’s well packaged. And looks fabulous. It is well packaged xxx
