I did order a new Gallagher energizer at Electric Fence Online. I already received it within one day. Great price and great service. Will definitely buy again!

I ordered almost £200 worth of Bruder tractor toys, they all arrived in packaging, looked perfect!
Within 10 minutes of the red Massey tractor coming out of the box - the wheel was off. (My little boy was devastated) it didn’t even get played with. I emailed the company, they said they would send a replacement - that arrived 2 days later but the wrong tractor, it was the same make (Massey) but didn’t have a loader, so again my little boy was upset, and again with 10 minutes the wheel was off again.
Horrendous quality, I would avoid this company, to save the heartache of your little one’s disappointment. They aren’t cheap, so you would expect what you pay for, and this isn’t it.

We ordered 2 rolls of electric fencing and paid accordingly. We received 2 electric fence screws in a little box. We have repeatedly tried to contact the firm by email and phone with absolutely no response. They have our money and we have no electric tape. We feel totally ripped off!

I bought the fox deterrent. First day the fox pricked up its ears and ran away. After that the fox returned undeterred. I kept trying to photograph fox to have evidence to ask for a refund, but was never quick enough. When it snowed last week I finally got a photo of fox tracks in the snow, but the company refused to refund me because if left it too long - over 9 months. Sadly the foxes near me are not remotely deterred by this device.

They get one star for refunding me as that’s the best they could do.

Sold me an item they didn’t even have in stock.

Then sent me a dispatch email saying 1-3 days.

Then asked me to wait for it to come back in stock which would be ten days.

It was a gift for a birthday.

Which had now been missed.

I bought the ‘Concept Research Pest Deterrents FoxWatch Ultrasonic Fox Deterrent’ from Electric Fence Online and it is useless.
The product claims to cover 125 sqm however when I walk across the field of view more than 2m from the sensor it doesn’t sound an alarm.
At £84.50 this is unacceptably bad. Maybe the product I was sent was faulty?

Woow.... parts arrived by carrier overnight, less than 24 hrs after order was made! Everything was well packed and as described. I will have no problem using this supplier again. Well done!

Brilliant very impressed with Electric Fence Online. Ordered something which turned out unsuitable for our needs, I emailed the company and asked if I could return for a refund and the return address. Within probably an hour and a half I had a very polite reply giving me the address to return to. They've received the item back and are refunding me today. Amazing service have had quite a few problems over the last few months with on line companies 😀 Thank you.

Excellent company. They sorted out a problem with a fence kit that the manufacturer had changed their kit contents by the next days post at no cost to myself. Top marks for customer service. Many thanks.

Can you believe I bought two children’s wheelbarrows from this electric fence company?!
My grandchildren love them but one was missing a nut and bolt. This problem was rectified immediately and another one was posted to me. I would thoroughly recommend.

Superb company to deal with: I placed a large order of electric fence items and they arrived quickly and exactly as described. (The quality is superb). I had a very minor issue with a missing part on one item: a replacement was couriered to me within a couple of days. Brilliant customer service - highly recommend.

Fantastic company. First time ordering from them and so helpful and quick as I made a mistake when I ordered I emailed them explaining and within minutes they sent message back that they had sorted it. Then sent email asking when I might get my order and aging replied super quick with apology and that they had small problem their end understandable considering it’s come up to Xmas and delivery strikes and postal 2 days later everything arrived over the moon fab friendly and quick to help highly recommend and have recommend

I needed a new electric fence for my pond, the previous products i had either didn't last long or were not fit for purpose, I did some checking and this Co has a great track record.
I needed some specific requirements and sent an email off. this was replied to early next day and one of the customer service agents Sophie sent a helpful reply.
I needed a bit more info and Sophie offered to talk it through via phone, this was very helpful as part of the info i was a bit confused over and the quick chat cleared this up.
i have now put an order in for products which will do what i want .

Don’t understand the negative reviews on here. I ordered my fence posts and contacted customer services for delivery advice. They emailed me within an hour and then followed up with a phonecall and then refunded me within ten minutes of that phonecall doing exactly what they said they would.
I will definitely be using them again even though this time they were unable to fulfil my order. Excellent customer service response

Ordered a week ago, I have not received the order. I emailed to ask where my order is and had an automatic reply (from an email address in the Netherlands) saying UK depot is understaffed, no idea when or if I will receive my order.

Hopeless. I paid immediately, called a week later to find out where my order was, and was told that it hadn't been despatched and they couldn't say when it would be despatched. Under-staffed they said. I do not believe the person I spoke to was in the UK, so the Coventry address given may be misleading.

I always buy electric fencing posts on this website.
The delivery has never been particularly quick but I never had any issues with my orders, hence why I keep buying the posts on their website. They often have deals on multi-pack purchases which is always a bonus.

Ordered, paid and had order confirmed a week ago. Nothing has arrived yet. Emails to say arrival will be soon but if it hasnt arrived in the stated timeframe to contact cs.
However the open hours for cs are only minimal to 2pm and only open till 11am on a friday! Useless.
I have ordered electric fence products on the same day from 5 different companies and everything from them has been here for days.
Still nothing from this company.
So im here with every thing for a whole set up apart from the energiser, posts and signs - all vital parts and they havent arrived! So annoying! Also several weeks before i spoke to cs and gave them a long list and asked for a price that they were going to email to me. I never heard from them which is the reason i only ordered the few items from their website instead of the whole order. Glad i didnt do the full order with them now or i wouldnt have anything here 🤷
