eFaucets was one of the very few suppliers that had the kitchen faucet we wanted. Ordering from them was easy and the faucet was delivered during the time frame given to us by them.

great products and I really liked the website for searching for the right matchup. Only giving four stars because the shower trim took an extra week to arrive, and then the heavy handle was floating around in the box banging other pieces. Amazingly nothing was scratched or dented! The packaging issue was in the Moen box, probably not eFaucets fault.

I ordered 3 double towel bars. One was damaged in shipping--the bars were individually wrapped but were only covered with one layer of thin paper packaging. The 3 bars were wrapped with bubble wrap, but that did not stop the bars from bumping against one another, thus the dent in one bar.
I will be contacting the company to get a replacement for the one damaged bar.

I cancelled a order with another company b/c you had the lohket brockway sink in stock. It was supposed to be delivered in 2 days. I got a tracking number for it. The sink holder got delivered but no sink. After calling a few times it was discovered that the sink didn’t ship b/c it wasn’t in stock at the warehouse. They called around and found another sink and said it would ship. As of today I still haven’t received it

I am just finishing a remodel of kitchen, bath and mudroom. I have dealt with some local big box stores, and several online stores. Of all, eFaucets was absolutely hands-down the best of them all. Where some stores had no stock or long waits, eFaucets always seem to have what I wanted, at the best price, and delivered it FAST! There online customer service also was terrific. I was having a real hard time purchasing a shower package (it's all a la carte these days...) and a customer service agent online helped me purchase the correct items--all by text. He researched the way I would use the shower and sorted through the products to make sure I had the options I wanted. It was so confusing but eFaucets' customer service agent navigated the whole thing for me. I will shop there again and not waste my time with other stores.

I was impressed by the ease of using this website, which I wasn't familiar with prior to my purchase. We wanted a very specific vanity which stopped being carried at any of our typical hardware stores, and it was available on efaucets. The price was the best I found online, shipping was quick, packaging was very secure. I'd use efaucets again.

The order processing went off without a hitch! Very pleased with my new faucet in both looks and functionality. The only reason a higher rating won't be rewarded is due to the shipping. Delivery was made on a rainy day and while the carrier did put the box in a plastic bag the bag was put on the ground in such a way that water ran straight into the bag, soaking the box, instructions and even had water inside the bags that the faucet parts were packaged within the box! Was a mess! Otherwise, I'm a happy customer.

Order # 1928460. I placed this order on 9-17-18. One item said it would be delivered by 9-27. The other, said by 10-2. I have not received either. I called last asking where my order was, and the representative, a male, saw that one item should have been sent out already. He said he would send it out. Then he tells me the other item was a special order, which would take longer. Well it's 10-7-18 today, and I have not received either. This is the worst online company I have ever dealt with. I knew I was going away for a week months ago, starting on 10-9-17. I didn't want any boxes left in front of my door to be stolen, or to advertise that I am not home. Be advised, if these packages are missing I am filing a dispute with my Visa on the charge, because this is all your company's fault. When you say something is going to be delivered by a certain, date, it better be by that date. This is complete incompetence. I could have waited to order these after I came back from vacation, or simply paid a few dollars more and gotten them at Home Depot. Your company is disgusting.

Found the bathroom accessories I was looking for at a reasonable price and they were delivered in a timely manner. For one item that was no longer available I was contacted by email and when I called customer service they were knowledgeable and able to help me find an alternative.
