My shower faucet is more than 22 years old but Delta Faucets still provided me with the replacement cartridge (RP19804) for free and free shipping.
Earlier, I had to purchase a substitute part from Home Depot (for $42 plus HST) because the shower was leaking and had to be repaired soonest. We had to settle for the substitute product because according to Home Depot, Delta is now owned by a different company (the brand that we purchased).

Picture I ordered and product received were 2 totally different faucets. I thought I was getting this pull down spray kitchen faucet and I received a bar prep faucet. I called efaucets about the issue and they were going to refund me the faucets I ordered and send out the correct ones but told me the total for the faucets was going to be $324 more then it had shown. When I asked them about giving me them at the price on amazon they refused and said it was amazon's fault for the wrong pricing. I spoke w/ Amazon and they said it was on efauctes end. So when I called back the next day efaucets said it was neither there's or Amazon's fault and it was an error. So I would have to pay the full price of the faucets if I wanted them. I own a business and I would go above and beyond if a customer was not happy and did not receive the order they had expected and I would also honor the original price. Will never do business w/efaucets again.

I had purchased this towel rack in 2013. My husband used it like a grab bar and it finally broke. I was thrilled that I was able to go to eFaucets, look up my prior order and get the exact same one AND it was actually cheaper! I really like the simplicity of the Trinsic collection. As usual, eFaucets provided great service and I had it within three days of ordering.

I ordered Bathroom accessories and received them okay, however, I also received a bag of chemicals, so it seems my delivery was either tampered with or that these people run a dodgy company. I did call the customer service desk and even though the team leader i spoke with did try to help, i felt it was still unsatisfactory and the service was terrible. So, I received 'extra' items with open chemical bottles in the box. I called the police and they took them away to be investigated. My hands started burning from picking up the chemicals and removing them from the box, yet the customer service Team lead seemed to not care about that, more interested in me taking photos of the contents of the box and sending them to her. I did that, but there was no empathy to my issue. Nor did she offer to chase down UPS who, they blamed for the delivery being changed. I had to start and investigation myself with UPS. Good customer service should of taken ownership of the issue and resolution. They are responsible for the goods being delivered to the customer, however, did not seem to care that this could of been potentially dangerous and life threatening for THEIR customer. On top of all of this, the number they were calling me back from was coming from a Texas School District office. So, my review is that I will NEVER purchase from efaucets again. They don't seem to be legit or care about their customers.

As a business owner, having everything run smoothly is impossible. Having said that, it took 3 tries to finally receive sink hangers that were supposed to be included alongside the sink that I needed for my soap shop operations. They were not sent with the sink the first time around, the second shipment was sent back to eFaucets (at their request - though I am unable to get an answer as to why) and after finally reaching out to Kohler directly, I received them via overnight shipping. Unfortunately by that time my plumber had to leave town for two weeks. Overall, my operations were delayed for a month as a result. Like I said, things happen, but eFaucets was not even willing to negotiate overnight shipping once I discovered the missing pieces so I'll probably go directly with the manufacturer the next time around. Sorry guys!

Even my plumber was amazed at the quality of my bathroom faucet. When leaving my home after installation, he asked me, "what was the name of that website again"? He even wrote it down so he would remember. He mentioned that it was a pleasure to install because of its high quality. I have ordered from e-faucets before and have never been disappointed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to a friend!

Great job. Would be 5 stars but the box the disposal was shipper in was falling apart when the package was delivered. In SinkErator need to ship heavy products like this in more substantial packaging.

Fast delivery, packaged well for shipment.

Priced well below what we would have paid in a local store. Order was delivered on time an in excellent condition.

Laura provided excellent customer service to help me select all of the right products, when I had questions, and with additions to my order. She continued to follow up to ensure I was kept informed and satisfied every step of the process. eFaucets enabled the product/supplies ordering/receipt aspect of my remodel (2 full bathrooms) to remain stress free.

It came. We installed it. It works. Price was reasonable.

Most of what we ardered came in a timely manner. One item had a later delivery date. That item came but when I opened the package we had a chrome shower head and not the mat black tub/shower overflow tube. Contacted eFaucets and they reordered and arranged for pickup.
