i thought that i bought the water fountain combo based on the 2 pictures that i seen advertised. The product actually took 3 weeks to get to me and it was suppose to be here within a week. when you talk to the guys on the phone they are really helpful and understanding but the website and delivery need some work. little more transparent.

They delivered on everything you want when ordering online. Easy checkout, fast delivery, and great communication throughout the process. I would definitely order from them again should the need arise.

Just wished the shipping had not taken so Long?, Husband installed the new Toilet levers. He said it mostly went smoothly, same Brand Toilets, different models. I called Moen first before spending the money on these levers as they match my Moen Faucets.

When Home Depot, Lowes, and a local plumbing supply store couldn't get my cast iron tub for 12 weeks, i did a quick google search and eFaucets had my tub in stock, and had it delivered 4 days later! Can't beat that!

Disappointed in how easily the product scratched during installation.

Had to place follow-up order because my plumber accidentally threw away some key parts! SO helpful & knowledgeable - ordered exactly what I needed at a very reasonable price!

I purchased a small wrench to tighten a screw on my Delta shower handle. The description led me to believe it would do the job.
It did not, and I wasted my money.

EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR!!!

I had looked everywhere for a Kohler toilet in the discontinued color Mexican Sand, because our 15 year old one was not working. I had actually placed two orders with other companies that were later cancelled due to not being able to supply the item.

In looking on the eFaucets.com website, I couldn't find one either. Then, a chat opportunity appeared. I explained my dilemma to Sara who was extremely helpful. She asked if I would consider getting the bowl from one distributor and the tank from another. She emailed the links for each, and I placed the order immediately. The parts arrived in record time, the plumber installed the toilet, and we are very happy with the choice we were given. We won't forget this. You will now be our go-to company! Thanks so much to Sara for getting me the color that matched our sink and shower. She's a gem!

Great price on a great product, but what set them apart was the service. I had ordered polished nickel when I really wanted stainless . The return, refund was handled with no problem. I will definitely be using your company aga8n. Thanks

Worst customer service. I ordered a very expensive Brizo faucet and the color it shows online is quite different than the color in person and it would not work in my space. Efaucets agreed with the color discrepancy and assured me that if I purchase another faucet with them they would return the original faucet. I did just that. They are not refusing to refund my original purchase. I am extremely disappointed and plan on escalating to senior management.

Quick shipping, have done business with E-faucets for many years and their service has been consistently very good.

I ordered from eFaucets because the price was reasonable and all items were in stock. This was important as I had an upcoming family wedding and needed these items for a bathroom that was being remodeled. When the package arrived, there was only one item. The other items were listed as being shipped at a later date. I called and was told by the person answering the phone that she would check with the warehouse and call me back. When I didn't hear back, I called again later that day. That person told me they were out of stock and she would check with Delta to see when they would be shipped and call me back as it generally took Delta an hour to respond. I didn't hear back and called again the next day and after checking with the warehouse was told that they would be shipped within 4-6 weeks. At that point, I cancelled one piece of the order as we determined it was too long for the space and figured we had 4-6 weeks to address the rest of the order. Imagine my surprise when the next day I got an email saying my order was shipped. Since it wouldn't come until after the wedding, we had to make other arrangements. I called yet again and made arrangements to have the order returned with assurances that I would not have to pay shipping for the return. I hope I don't have to call again about that!

I ordered a large kitchen sink and a matching island sink. I got confirmation of my order and shipping notification.

It turns out that the large sink did not make it at all, and the rest of the kitchen went down like dominoes--the counters, floors, appliances, electricity, and plumbing have all had to be rescheduled several times, and I had to scramble to find a sink from another source.

My insurance payment from our fire was waiting on the kitchen renovation inspection. Because of the delays, we are now in a horrible time crunch and having to pay contractors extra to work on weekends/on top of each other.
