I recently ordered a Salomon ski helmet from Edge & Wax and I was extremely impressed, not only with the quality of the item, but also with the standard of service I received. My order arrived promptly in the expected time frame (I was pleasantly surprised by this as I live in the Channel Islands and this usually adds 2-3 days to the arrival date). The tracking service was also superb as it kept me updated throughout the whole process. Furthermore, when I emailed requesting a VAT refund, my email was responded to swiftly and I was refunded almost immediately! On the whole, I was very impressed by the whole experience, I will not hesitate to use the site again and I would recommend Edge & Wax to anyone.

When the product you want is on the other side of the world it can take a while to arrive, not with Edge & Wax. The inner gloves required to keep my hands toasty warm in winter arrived within 3 days. The product was exactly what I required and they arrived before one of the coldest spells in NZ for over 10 years.

I ordered the wrong size ski boots - my fault - but I was helped and supported by your staff all the way to a full refund and re-order guidance.

Despite an initial ordering SNAFU, Tracey at Edge & Wax was brilliant at sorting everything out as easily, smoothly and quickly as possible – and in an open and friendly way. If all online retailing was this chilled, the Internet would be a much more relaxed place. Fantastic…!

I chose to purchase from Edge & Wax because they were recommended by a friend. Also, their deals were the best I could find, their webpage was easy to navigate and provided excellent product info. My purchase was flawless. I received a tracking email and the skis were delivered exactly as promised - on time! My skis were waxed and the bindings were set to suit my needs. I ordered a pair of ex-demo skis in the summer sale, immediately received a request for the information necessary to correctly adjust the bindings, and received the skis a few days later in Switzerland. The skis, despite being ex demo, were in close to new condition. A happy customer!
(I have in the past also ordered smaller items from Edge and Wax, and these have also arrived promptly and well packed).
