Excellent customer service and value
Having used both the actual shop and the online shop, I cannot fault the service provided at Edge and Wax. They know their stuff and they helped me chose my next set of skis based on my current pair and my abilities. I managed to get them at a bargain price in the sale too - can't wait to try them! Outstanding Service.
Bought my pair of Union Flite bindings from Edge & Wax.
unbeatable price, cheapest i could find them anywhere. almost 2 thirds cheaper than anywhere i could find them.
user interface of the website is incredibly easy and navigable.
general lay out of the website is nice and clean with a very user friendly design.
overall helpfulness of their support team and service is second to none.
will always check this site before any other when it comes to my snow sports addiction.

Excellent Service & Price
Bought the Douchebag Slim Jim ski bag. Edge & Wax were the cheapest price online that I could find - great value purchase.
Had to contact customer services due to incorrect postage charges being displayed and this was sorted out quickly and efficiently - great customer service.
Would definitely recommend Edge & Wax to anyone!

Goggles were cheap on sale. Shipped internationally at a reasonable price. Goggles came quickly. Customer service was also very fast at replying to enquiries.

Great customer service but skis not set up correctly
The Edge and Wax customer service is amazing, and it seems like they really know what they're talking about.
Having said that I had to adjust my bindings when I received my skis because they weren't set to the correct distance, even though I'd sent them one of my boots (they paid for the courier to pick them up which was great). These were Dynafit tech bindings, which are slightly unusual so maybe that's the reason.

Update: Hello Alex. It is very odd if we had your boot as we do sell a lot of tech bindings and mount them, and indeed a lot of us are ski tourers so we do have some knowledge on the setup of these, so something has gone astray, for which I can only apologise again! The workshop manager is on summer leave but I will bring it to Dan's attention when he returns so that he can conduct some QC testing to make sure this does not happen again! Scott - Owner

Hello Charlie. Sorry that the order was delayed. Do consider that it was a bank holiday, which is not mentioned in your review, and that standard (free) shipping was selected. Of the GoPro orders we get every week, a staggering 80% are fraudulent, so this does slow things down on GoPro orders for the honest customers in there, but we would rather do this and make thorough security checks than take money from someone's credit card that has been stolen! This, and the sheer number of orders thanks to our lower pricing and marketing email, means we were a little slower getting things out, and for that I do apologise sincerely! Scott - Owner.

Ordering on online is an easy process.
1 criticism: I wasn't able to purchase something with an overseas credit card and have it delivered to a UK address without having to pay an overseas taxes. Problematic when buying gifts for people I the UK from overseas.

Hello Simon. Thanks for the feedback. As the item was being SHIPPED within the UK, we would actually be breaking the law to ship it tax free, and sorry, that is not something we can do. For you to avoid paying UK VAT, the item must be proven to be shipped, or carried via a UK boarder crossing (eg an airport) outside of the EU. Afraid this is not us, its European tax law, sorry! Thank you for the feedback though!
