Ich liebe Ecosia und hoffe, dass es irgendwann die Suchmaschine Nr.1 weltweit wird, denn Ecosia setzt sich für die Umwelt und Tiere ein und hilft gegen Armut anzukämpfen und Menschen zusammenzubringen.

Es tut gut etwas gutes für die Umwelt zu tun und es ist obendrein noch kostenlos. Ich kann auch nicht davon berichten das es soviel Werbung gibt was andere Behaupten

Schöne Suchmaschine, die Ihre Gewinne für Baumpflanzungen spendet.

An und für sich ist das geschäftsmodell sehr ansprechend, das mit dem Gewinn, Projekte für den Naturschutz gefördert werden. Des weiteren sind die Suchergebnisse ausreichend gut, auch wenn es da verbesserungspotential gäbe.

Designtechnisch sind die Suchergebnisse etwas unübersichtlich aber das stört mich nur minimal.

I used to put up with Ecosia being rather slow and vague [as if they are guessing the whole time] but now Ecosia has started using Google translate as their main option for translation. Whereas anyone that speaks non-american as their first language knows that google cannot translate anything correctly ever. If I am going to get Google rammed down my throat I might as well use the Google search engine which works a lot better than the slow and vague Ecosia

Been using this search engine and happy with it. Gets the results I'm after and is a decent alternative to using google where your money isn't going to any good causes. Much better than the other google imitators such as bing.

Inspiring cause...
Despite what some of the bad reviews say Ecosia is a great company that is striving to be carbon neutral and allowing society to be a part of it.

It may not be as user friendly as Google but they have been around for years and years. Give them a chance.

There always is room for improvement and I'd recommend that they adopt a similar layout for when you search for businesses on Google, it clear and easy to get information quickly.

Overall a great company with a great cause striving to better our world.

"Checking your browser ... please allow up to 5 seconds" - Diese Meldung kommt bei weitem zu häufig und gerade wenn man im Mobilnetz unterwegs ist können aus den Sekunden auch mal Minuten werden. In der Zeit hab ich 3 mal gegoogelt.

En virksomhed som virkelig gør en forskel, er rar at benytte sig af. Virksomheden planter et tre for ca hver 50 søgning (ihvertfald i Danmark), hvilket hurtigt sker, da jeg søger 5 gange på en dag, når man hurtigt derop. Man skal dog kunne leve med at søgeresultaterne ikke altid er lige relevante. Ecosia har langt fra de samme ressourcer som Google, så det er et vilkår

La théorie Ecosia, c'(est bien joli, mais utiliser yahoo comme support de publicité ouvre la porte à de nombreux malwares et autres escroqueries au faux support Microsoft par exemple.

Cela fait quelques temps déjà que j'utilise ECOSIA comme générateur de recherche. Son interface est belle, appliqué, aucune publicité, en plus que ceci améliore la vie, vu la situation dans laquelle nous sommes en ce moment !
Un très bon niveau mais je ne suis pas sûr du fait qu'ils ont la capacité de planter autant d'arbre...
Je suis sûr qu'ils en plantent mais la quantité augmente trop vite (le nombre d'arbres déjà plantés par ECOSIA est précisé) je pense un peu qu'ils se moquent de nous sur ce nombre pour améliorer la chose.

Je vous recommande quand même ceci car ça peut faire un geste écolo envers le monde, et il a autant de capacités que GOOGLE ou encore BING.

Ils plantent des arbres plus dans les pays du sud, mais je pense qu'il faudrait varier un peu plus la chose et les plantés dans les pays en besoin.
