I did the online Food Safety and…
I did the online Food Safety and Handling course which was glitching the whole way through, and then at the end I was charged and sent to an error screen...and have not received my certificate. And it is asking me to pay again?? I have seen in these reviews that it has happened to others. What a pathetic joke. Don't waste your time. I needed that TODAY by the way.

Excellent presentation and communication with audience clear, energetic and spiced with humour.
Succinct, good and personalised examples, well demonstrated and always with humour. Excellent rapport with participants with very open dialogue and good feedback. Presentation was always energised nd Leah easily put participants at ease.

Lea is an amazing teacher
Lea is an amazing teacher, captivating the crowd as she explained real life situations where first aid and cpr were needed. I have to do this course every year and it can sometimes be repetitive or slightly boring depending on who teaches it and how. But Lea doesn’t allow you to drop your attention as she is 100% present in her demonstrations. Eclipse education also has easy access, easy to understand website and affordable classes. The online work is user friendly. I’ll go here again next year!

Mixed feelings
The instructor for the practical component of the CPR refresher course was great! She was very knowledgeable and practical, passing on lots of interesting information in a timely manner. The facility was also comfortable and easy to access. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for the online component. I had a lot of trouble logging on, then when I did finally manage to start the online course, halfway through the system tried to randomly stop the course. I did complete it but others in my group also had the same problem but couldn’t complete. I was also charged twice because a page showed that the transaction did not complete so after repeating the process again found out it had already charged me. If I didn’t enjoy the instructors so much on my previous course and this course then I wouldn’t have persisted with the run around I received via the online component.
