Doing the course online before the practical in the classroom was great for me. The hands on in the classroom works best for my knowledge. The teacher was very good and easy to listen to.

Horrible signed up for training course…
Horrible signed up for training course was told 9:15 was cut off time and joined at 9:05 and trainer refused to let me join session. Completly unprofessional would never recomend

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. However, according to our trainer, it seems that you tried to join at 9:20 am, which was 20 minutes past the scheduled start time of 9:00 am. Unfortunately, this meant you missed crucial components of the course. We did inform you that allowing entry at that point would be non-compliant with our training requirements. As a result, we offered you an alternate date, which you chose to decline. We promptly processed your refund afterward. We apologise for any inconvenience and wish you luck with future training.

Instructions were given concisely. She did not add a whole lot of unnecessary information. So I found the delivery much easier to retain . Leah was also very personal. Thanks

Not being able to do my cor on the table as u have had a knee replacement and struggled with getting on floor but I did complete my cpr

Hi! I'm glad you were in the end able to complete your training. Unfortunately, we are unable to allow anyone to complete CPR on a table as the training unit requires it to be performed on the floor to meet compliance standards. Allowing it to be done on a table would result in our trainers and organisation being non-compliant, which puts our registration at risk which is why we must adhere to this requirement.
I appreciate your understanding, and I’m glad you were able to complete your CPR despite the challenge. If you have any further concerns or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

i paid for a white card course, it came directly out of my account but said there was an error and to try again.. i didnt do it again. i had nothing come through via email or text about the course i had paid for and tried to get into contact with them. they tried to make me believe i enrolled in a First Aid Course in Geelong when i put a QLD White Card Course in.. i missed the course i was supposed to do this morning by 5 minutes and there was "nothing they could do". getting a refund that will hit my account in 3-5 business days!
make sure youre aware of their screw arounds

Thank you for sharing your experience, and I sincerely apologise for the issues you encountered.
It seems that there was a technical glitch, and your booking did not sync with our calendar as it should have. Unfortunately, with WorkSafe Queensland’s strict requirements, we cannot allow late entry as compliance with these regulations is crucial - It’s possible that your booking error meant you hadn’t met the pre-entry requirements, which is another key compliance factor. (Identification check etc)
We processed your refund immediately on our end and it is instantly processed however the bank’s processing time can take 3-5 working days. In this instance we will always offer a refund.
Please rest assured that we are a legitimate and reputable company dedicated to providing quality training courses. We deeply regret that your experience was unsatisfactory, and we are genuinely sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.
The coures was great
The course was very thorough, it covered everything that was needed, and the trainer was very professional and came across great with all the information and the practical theory aswell.
