Super nice guy, extremely friendly and was able to convey the information required into a more personalised manner. Made the course fun, inviting and easy to follow. I have completed my CPR/First Aid multiple times with Eclipse and this was the best run and entertaining course session yet.

The teacher was really nice and I will suggest everyone to go with eclipse as the the class teacher is really cooperative and have good patience. So really put her efforts to make things understandable to student. I really appreciate her becasue i experienced excellent with her.

Waste of time certificate
Waste of time certificate. I have done thsi 6 years ago and it was easy. When I need to renew, I did it again, after i completed 4 months online and still waiting for markings (16-6-2023),later they told me they made a mistake and enrolled me in the wrong course-supervisor certificate and wanted me to redo the correct course. Once done, they wanted us to do a practical demo which I have provided the evidence in the market stalls. They still don't believe me. In the end I just left them. There are many other online course and 10X easier than this one. A complete waste of time and problem digging, and deliberate to make hard for you to get the certificate. -1/10 you deserve nothing. yes, Bridget , its not your fault and its your system. I have got certificate already that last 4 years till 2028. Do you want to give me credit for next renew so i don't have to do the test again, so I wont go thru anymore troubles like your "practical demo" which is totally hampering your business.

Great Experience
Leah, our trainer for CPR refresher was amazing. She delivered the content well and ensured that everyone understood before moving onto the next steps. She made the session interactive as well as very informative and in a way that was easy to learn. Leah was able to provide real life situations with First Aid /CPR and provide firsthand knowledge of the process! Would definitely recommend any training with Eclipse and certainly with Leah as the trainer! Certificates came through very quickly afterwards and communication is excellent.

tedious process and terrible communication. I had to follow them up in the chat as I had no confirmation of completion, or that work was being reviewed, nothing. They then provided that they had one question requiring further response. I addressed this. Then again heard nothing. Chased again through Chat function, and was told there were additional responses required, that the videos I had previously recoded they couldn't open their end. some of these require props to be completed, things like a hard hat, so now I have to arrange time to do this again meaning this will knock into the following week for what should be a 1 day process.

Regarding the PPE and re-recordings, we understand how frustrating and disruptive this must have been. It appears the video files uploaded were corrupted, which may have been due to an issue during the submission process. While this issue generally occurs during submission and nothing to do with our system, we are committed to reviewing and improving our system to prevent such issues in the future.
