Was not told that the online white card…
Was not told that the online white card is only recognised in WA and that you need your own PPE for the online course. Have tried to contact multiple times for a refund as we are in QLD, via email, chat and calling. No answer or response on any.
They were happy to take my $$ though. Very bad business practice. Do NOT do your course through these people. Scammers.

We actually have been in contact with you (Email from 2 different colleagues of mine, and through instant chat with another colleague of mine) so we have communicated with you regarding this matter. The course you booked was for a QLD White Card and was conducted via Zoom, not WA as mentioned in your review.
Regarding the PPE requirement, this was clearly communicated to your son through several emails, a text message, and is also listed on our website under the course information section.
When you initially reached out, we offered a refund minus the booking fee, despite our policy stating that no refunds are provided for withdrawal during a course so this was just a nice gesture on our part. Our refund policy was agreed to upon sign-up, as indicated in the terms and conditions.
We understand your frustration and would appreciate the opportunity to assist further. Please feel free to respond to our emails so we can resolve this matter with you.
continued trying for 45 mins nothing but roadblocks NO HELP ANYWHERE
decided to try to log on 10 mins before time to start ,today Saturday the 4/1/25 start time was 8 am , pressed the link nothing tried to call outside hrs its a Saturday! tried to message on there site where id given all my details and proof of identity pressed continue lesson cam up with a code that wouldn't let me do it messaged where it says for quick response , still no response 2 hrs later. called owner builder they put it back on you 1 if you new what it took to organise time for today! ABSOLUTLY DISCUSTED look like ive done my money and time as well as all my private details etc where are they Pat Dennis

I sincerely apologise for the difficulties you experienced trying to access your course on Saturday - I am sorry you had some tech issues trying to join the class! This must have been frustrating for you, however I'm not sure why you were not able to join as all other 11 participants scheduled to join on the day joined successfully via our google meet link. So there were no issues with the actual link on our end, it could have been a connection issue with your network or device. I have emailed you regarding saome assistance to rebook during the week where our support team are more available to asist you if any issues occur with logging on in the morning. We have also fofered a full refund in our email if you wish not to rebook. Please get back to me when you can and I'll be more than happy to assist.

The trainer was amazing, Matt Smallwood
I was a little disappointed when the session I initially booked (which was closer to me) was postponed for 2 weeks! I rescheduled in the city. Much longer and harder for me to get to, however, the trainer, Matt Smallwood, certainly made up for this! He was clear and easy to understand. Made everyone feel comfortable and delivered the education in a way that wasn't boring and kept the class engaged.
Highly recommend Matt as a trainer!

Great job. Room for improvement
The in-person training was well delivered and entertaining. The hands-on practice was well done. I think that some aspects could have been covered more thoroughly and reinforced. But everything was covered clearly.
My training was organised through an employment provider. This made accessing the online material difficult. I had to make a call to organise this. The time I had to complete this learning was reduced and I did not read the materials as thoroughly as I would have liked. This is a lot of material to get through before the class. It would be nice if this could be reduced. Towards the end of the reading material the downloads slowed considerably and this made the final quizzes and incident reports very difficult to complete.
