The company are extremely friendly and very helpfully.

That was a nightmare process, sorry but I ended up speaking to your Live Chat people twice. (They were absolutely great) There were to many pop ups during the process, I wasn't sure what the course actually included to start off with, and nowhere that I could see to check. I had to go back and forth, returning to the start of the email each time Which started the whole process again. I also had no clue if I paid or not. I might be tech challenged but I didn't think I was that bad

I do know that the actual course will be brilliant as I've been registered by companies in a few different ones. They have always been conducted professionally and the instructors are brilliant communicators

Thank you for your quick reply, I am going to leave my review as is because it is my true reflection of the Registration process. I just now recieved another email advising me that I had doubled booked and to choose which date was correct. Even though it was stated on my registration and payment receipt the correct date, the process became clumsy.
I do however encourage people to go through Eclipse because their courses are excellent

The instructor was amazing. This is the first time I have really understood what I was doing. The information was interactive. We got to ask as many questions as we needed without feeling pressured or silly. She took us through everything step by step. I never felt rushed. She didn't move on until everyone was satisfied they understood. This didn't slow things down. She got through all of the content on time. And because of letting us process the material properly it actually made sense for each step that followed. She was very approachable. A great teacher. She had everyone working together

There was no communications on how I was to receive my purchase. I had to ask them after purchase. Also I didn’t want a first aid kit of paper certificate it was automatically added to my invoice.

How easily and quickly I was able to complete my training and our Trainer Cris was amazing.

Everything went ok

Trainer was knowledgeable went over the main things needed and most important in real life scenarios wasnt boring and felt I was engaged the whole time

Instructor was amazing, and with the small class sizes you get plenty of practical experience.

Nick was fantastic and the new location was great

Teacher was great informative and knowledgeable and made it fun

For a refresher it was fine. For people new to first aid and CPR I believe that there should be more hands on in terms of actually placing pads on chest, running a scenario including all of DRSABCD, burns etc.

It was definitely a great experience.. Thank you for making it so easy to follow through..

Communication while organising the training was excellent. I benefitted from the on-site CPR/first aid training. I found the online component incredibly long and too detailed, it took me 5 hours to complete.

Rob was an excellent instructor. He was clear and calm and enjoyable to listen too

Trainer Phil was very informative and friendly and had a lot of practical stories, made the course enjoyable

Instructor kept it interesting with examples

Leah was amazing. Very knowledgeable and made everyone feel very comfortable and relaxed.
