I know that I’ve mentioned Yvonne from Lords Fold previously, and in a positive way, but I do feel that she needs a reminder as to how wonderful she has been in making myself and my family welcome whenever we call over to the sales office to check on the progress of our new home. Yvonne always greets you with a smile, and a coffee no matter what kind of day she is having. Thank you Yvonne.

Martin Coan has been very helpful and informative throughout our journey with buying our new home, we have been kept in the loop with all relevant information and he is a great guy to deal with.

We're still at the stage of regularly driving by Scholars Place - and checking out how the construction is going...so can't yet comment on finish or after sales service, but, up to now, Eccleston Homes have been a great company to deal with - our contact being Martin. He is really friendly and approachable, seemed genuinely pleased for us when we got the plot we wanted after problems with our initial sale falling through and there is no 'hard sell'. We have been really impressed so far, and are looking forward to our new house being completed in a couple of months.

Yvonnes kindness and unconditional assistance with assisting us with our needs. The show house in St. Helens is finished to a high standard and worth a visit. We visited a couple of times, and loved Yvonne and her colleagues hospitality and patience.

Went to visit the site after driving in the area. the sales lady Rosie was so helpful eventhough they didn't have any 5 beds, she provided lots of information and I would definitely look into buying an eccleston home in the future as their houses are stunning and the location was beautiful.

You couldn’t find a worst customer service if you were looking for one. This developer has no interest in delivering houses to the standard you pay your house for. You can email them as many times as you want but just get ignored. Unfortunately the issues you can get with your house are pretty important such as drainage. As said in other comments, the customer service is that bad that if you leave a bad comment on trust pilot they chose to ignore you for even longer. A joke.

Our house hunting experience has probably been like many other people recently. You find a house you like and someone pays a lot more and raises the price. You find a development you like but all houses are sold. House prices keep going up month after month until they are out of reach. It’s all very frustrating.
Eccleston homes has been the best experience out of the many developers we visited. This is mainly because instead of telling us to keep refreshing the website for releases, Eccleston will take our names and work off a list. This works so well because you don’t have to worry about missing a release - not everyone has time to sit in front of a computer refreshing the website. The list system was massively appreciated!
Dawn at the Christy Brow development of Eccleston Homes has been exceptional. She assured us that she knew the house type we wanted and would contact us if it was our turn on the list.
Eventually, Dawn emailed us about a house that was available so of course we took it. Throughout the buying process Dawn kept in touch with us and updated us on even minor things. She is polite, friendly and would be happy to answer any questions I had. Overall this has been a very enjoyable home buying experience, thank you Dawn and Eccleston Homes!

Dawn has been so helpful. All the plots we want are sold/reserved at Christy brow but we’ve been hounding her with questions in the hope one will become available. She’s been great keeping us in the loop. Touch wood we get a willeston!

Chris and Marcus have been very helpful in our search for a new home. We have found Eccleston to be far more personable, informative and helpful than the majority of bigger building companies in the market. Chris and Marcus' tailored and helpful approach speaks volumes and makes us feel assured and confident in purchasing from them in the near future. Finally we found a huge consideration for us is the design and layout of our new home. From this perspective we felt Eccleston homes were very well designed. We have everything crossed for our dream Eccleston home in the near future!

We have just moved into our first home on Garrett Manor in Mosley Common. I could not be happier with the service I received from reserving all the way up until completion, we received regular emails on any house updates which I think is a lovely touch when you’re impatient like me! Chris has made the experience of buying our first home so easy and I cannot thank her enough. We definitely would not have our beautiful home if it wasn’t for Chris and all her help along the way, we are absolutely over the moon with our first home and cannot wait for our future in there. We love you Chris! X
