I order 2 pairs of UGG Funkette on Sunday October 18 . Easybay said my shoes will arrive on the October 27th. I received my shoes in 3 days. I was very pleased with the quick service. My package arrived on the 21st of October. I will definitely order from this site again.

Ordered sneakers in Eastbay store size 10 arrived 10.5 insoles frayed laces with damages. They do not want to make a replacement. I do not recommend this store. The delivery was terribly long and they are selling goods that someone has already returned to them. Not an honest point of sale. Don't buy here.

Everything was fine until the 5-6 business day shipping time suddenly turned into 12 business days. Beyond annoying.

Well I was kind of scared to order shoes because of the reviews but I ordered some adidas they were the right size and definitely don’t look counterfeit at all, I have a pair I got from the store and everything is identical. Hope this helps for anyone wanting to order from this website.

I’m seriously astonished with how bad customer service such a large and well known company like Eastbay has. I have now emailed them twice about an order I placed a couple weeks ago and got no response. After getting no response I reached out by phone and had a 30 minute conversation that literally led me nowhere with none of my questions answered about my order... Get it together Eastbay how is this bad of customer service even possible?

Literally to worse experience I’ve ever encountered with a shoe store ..I bought a shoe from them..paid the 2 days shipping on the day of delivery date shoes where no where to be found but yet said they were delivered ..I’ve called 6x NOTHING told me to wait 8 days to see IF they would refund me ..I wish I avoided this trash a** company

Called the customer service line about a lost return and had a long wait (20-30min), THEN they transfer me at least 3 times, THEN I get hung up on. Very professional, Eastbay.

East bay used to be my fav deli spot in town . The hot dogs were plump and juicy, buns were special and chips were baked and hearty. Salad bar was outstanding! Now, no salad bar ( I get it) and the hot dog was no more than a regular sized Oscar meyer in a grocery store brand bun. Chips were cheapest possible. I get restaurants having to make COVID $ back but diminishing quality this much only means customers won’t come back. That’s sad

Wish I could leave negative. Paid an extra $25 for 1 day delivery. Got to me 6 days later. Nobody -aye that extra money cause they can’t wait, they apparently need the item. Whatever has happened to Eastbay over the last year or so, they now suck terribly. I have spent soooo much mo he there in the past, but I am done with the company now. Learn h0w to run a business

WORST SERVICE EVER!! AVOID AT ALL COST PLEASE!!!THEY DON’T UPDATE YOU ON YOUR ORDER AND THEY DON’T OFFER ANY FORM OF COMPENSATION! THEY SUCK!!!

Placed my first order with Eastbay. Received a pair of soccer cleats that were grossly mis-sized. TERRIBLE customer service. VERY long hold times. First agent told me larger size was not available. I went online and told her they did show a larger size was available. She dropped my call. I placed the order with expedited shipping in order to receive them in time. Called back and a new agent told me they would reimburse the expedited shipping but that I had to call back after they shipped and that he would notate the order. Received replacement order, called for shipping reimbursement, sat on hold for thirty minutes, agent told me he would not reimburse shipping, I requested a supervisor, have now been on hold another thirty minutes. TERRIBLE OUTSOURCED CUSTOMER SERVICE. Had this been DicksSporting Goods it would have been resolved immediately.

Ordered my son's shoes over 3 weeks ago, said it shipped and expected delivery was Friday, September 18th, It's' the 23rd. Still no shoes.

I ordered two pairs of shoes from Eastbay the size I got was the wrong size it should have been 10 1/2 I was told to send them back and they would send the right size I have been waiting and hadn’t receive my order so I had called and they had said that they would not honor their return policy I hate to say it because I love all people and to me it seemed like I was treated differently because of the Color of my skin which isn’t right please help and God bless I spent a nice amount of money buying from Eastbay which I also didn’t receive a shirt that I had brought also it hasn’t came yet The customer service are very rude they have me waiting so long on the phone to talk to a manager so long they were trying to get me to hang up had me waiting way over an hour plus I had talked to 4 different workers I would never Advise anyone to buy anything from Eastbay they do not treat their customers right I also I’m going to the better business Bureau about my problem

Ordered three pairs of shoes but only received one. I emailed them over a month ago regarding it and they have yet to reply. Pathetic.

Wow, what the heck happened?! This used to be my go-to. Orders used to be fast, a good deal, and customer service used to be good. Good luck now. Terrible customer service, 40mins- 1 hour hold time, and they have DISABLED THEIR ONLINE RETURN PROCESS = no return unless you call and hold for an hour, then..... TBD? I'm about to reject all charges on my bank/credit statements. Never again.

Orders 3 pairs of shoes and paid for rush shipping. Only 1 was on time. Also, one pair was clearly used. Dirt marks all over bottom of white shoes.

This is the base of Eastbay, and it's the worst online retailer I ever encountered.

I ordered 5 pairs of shoes, and only got 1 pair for my order, and when I tried to get a refund, the phone waiting time is more than 1 hour, and they transfer again and again among their departments, and no refund easily. And they spent 1 hour checking their records because the store lost the record 2 weeks before? That's unimaginable.

Never use this online retailer!!!!!!!

I would NOT recommend ordering anything from Eastbay currently. The package will come USPS and while they aren't completely to blame, you will not receive your package any time close to the estimated arrival. Once your package reaches the post office the status just changes to delayed with NO UPDATES and Eastbay will not do anything since they technically have shipped the package. So yes the delay is caused by USPS however Eastbay knows all packages are not being delivered on time or at all and are still giving incorrect delivery dates and not switching to a different delivery method.

Order 4 T-Shirts and only received 3, they didn’t respond to emails neither answer calls. The worst service I have ever received 💯

Been on hold for an hour, return service does not work. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
