After reading some really negative reviews, I still took a chance and ordered a pair of Lebrons. I have to say, I had no problems and the shoes are perfect. Thank you.

Here’s why Eastbay stinks to me. Your coupon codes SUCK & are useless 24/7 and you should be ashamed of yourselves especially in 2020Covid19 when people want to spend money with an Old Favorite but have less. You can never use any discount code for any shoe that costs more than 100. Even if it’s been out for YEARS. Tried to do a New Balance run, get an old 990 V4, NOPE, not my birthday code, advertised on the front page NOW code or sign up code. I’m supposed to be stoked for the -20 sale price ? Just copped 990V4 KITHs for LESS. Ronnie Feig’s PEOPLE! Less! Same with a 594 Preschool, same for a 574 women. Get your mid-level @Nordstrom Rack, same with Toddler & your OLD and NEW 990s ANYWHERE! I can get em shipped from England for less, Eastbay is a joke for people who don’t know better. I’ll spend my average 5-6K a year elsewhere & that’s just on 1 brand, yes I have problems but Eastbay ain’t One! 🙏✌️Skip these Greedy “Has Beens” unless you need a jock strap 🤣

I never write reviews I just read them,with that being said,I was shocked at all the bad reviews, I had ordered 2pairs of sneakers in 2015,shipment came early and on time,no issues at all,now ff to current,I ordered some Shoes on the 4th of this month,email said it would here on the 9th,then on the 8th got an email that said my package left and is on its way!,only to send another email that its in transit,and they haven't updated the status,so with all these bad reviews, I'm getting nervous,but I will keep y'all posted,and maybe somebody from Eastbay will read this,A pair of LeBron 17 size 10,coming to Norristown, Pa

Wanted to exchange a pair of shoes because they were too small. Filled out the exchange slip and requested a label. After the shoes were sent back, I was told that I would not receive an exchange and that I would only get my money back because they had already processed my refund and completely ignored my exchange slip. No the shoes were not sold out in the bigger size, they just COMPLETELY IGNORED my exchange slip which caused me to have to go in and reorder the shoes and pay for shipping and handling again which could have been avoided if they just would have sent me my exchange in the first place. Not sure if I will order from them again. The only reason they’re getting one star is because of the timely shipping.

I don’t know why I see recent reviews of customers being dissatisfied of their purchases...
I recently ordered the Adidas NMD Triple Black size 9.5 & the transaction went smoothly. Believe it or not, my sneakers arrived in 3-4 days of purchase. Looking to buy here soon.

This is the 2nd time this has happened to me i ordered 3 pairs of shoes for my 3 children...the website allows you to put the items in your cart...allows you to check out...TAKES the MONEY off your credit/debit card...send you a email confirmation and order status and a estimate shipping date. When that shipping date comes still no status or update on the tracking from USPS....so i had to call TO GET A UPDATE and when i call i am told the items i paid for are SOLD OUT...this is beyond HORRIBLE service...as a customer if a item is sold out i should be notified before the funds are taken out of my account...now I have to wait 5-7 business days for a refund...this is my last time shopping with EASTBAY

Ordered Monday, they cancelled the order on Saturday. If you don't have the product, don't sell it to me and charge my card. Something happened with Eastbay. We ordered for years and were always happy with product and service. Not so much now.

Received an email 5 days after purchase to say the sneakers I ordered are out of stock. This was not made clear when ordering as I would have used another vendor that actually holds inventory. Very poor!

Placed an order on Black Friday for some North Face shoes that were on sale both here and Dick’s, and in stock. I chose to buy here rather than Dick’s. A week later they email me saying it’s no longer in stock and they’ve cancelled my order. Now the shoes I want are back to full price everywhere. Eastbay is the WORST online buying experience I’ve had in recent memory.

My order was placed with the incorrect zip code. I immediately called to fix it and was told it's not possible. The person was rude and short.

Customer service is the worst. No one speaks English to understand your words and the website had been down for over a week. Have the sizes aren’t in stock but shows as available online DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE CLOWNS

I ordered a pair of Nike LeBron 17 lowcut for $160 on Oct 18th, 2020.
I returned the pair immediately to get my refund after trying on the right shoe with a shoehorn and decided I'm not carrying a shoehorn every place I go to play basketball. I received the pair of shoes back from Eastbay stating no refund because the shoes were used and the item is unstockable. I called Eastbay's customer service and they said there nothing they can do.

I placed an order for an $80 hoodie, and never received any type of confirmation, even though the payment went through. 24 hrs later, according to a support specialist, my order doesn't exist and I'll have to wait 4-7 for them to refund me. Don't buy from here.

Terrible. They say they'll get you the right size if they aren't right but nope. Says they are too worn. are you serious now I have a pair of 100 dollar shoes I can't wear. This is why companies like you will continue to get eaten up by competition. Never again.

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. I have been screwed over time and time again with footlocker and it’s affiliates or eastbay). Ordered shoes on 10/24. Received cancel notice on 10/28 due to not being in stock. I checked my order on 10/26 and all sizes were available. I suspect there was a price error and instead of honoring it they just waited until the shoe was not available. Support said the website is not always up to date. Why you offer shoes when you may not have them? Ask to get a different size at the same price but they don’t do price match so I get offered a measly 15 off coupon. What a joke. With four people in my household that constantly need sneakers you guys have messed up! Dishonesty is not a good trait for a company to have.

Ordered 4 pairs of shoes totaling $550, and received and extra pair of shoes from someone else's order (with this customers packing slip and personal shipping info included). I sent ALL shoes back requesting an exchange on the four I wanted to keep. A week later, I received an email that a refund for the total price would be placed back onto my credit card. I didn't ask for a refund and clearly marked I wanted an exchange. They're warehouse workers suck and when I called into the customer service line the rep was less than enthusiastic to help me further. I will never order from this company again.

Terrible terrible just bad!!! Don’t buy off Eastbay I ordered air force1’ 07 by end of August literally august 30th it’s been almost 2 months and I still haven’t received them but it’s okay I contacted my bank and showed proof and I got my money back don’t waste your time with Eastbay!!!

Awful experience with ordering, non-shipment of product, then lost shipment of product, and won’t refund unless I wait 14 business days which is 20 Calander days. It’s been almost a month. Further, customer service hung up on me three times when they couldn’t find an answer to my problem. They requested I call FedEx...FedEx indicated that they didn’t even receive the package and that I should contact Eastbay. And then the cycle begins. Will never order from Eastbay or any other their subsidiaries or parent companies ever again and I will let all my friends, co-workers and acquaintances know not to use them either.

This is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. After they ship your shoes it is in your hands if you get them. Takes at least an hour to get someone on the phone. At least an hour. Not 45 minutes. An hour. 60 minutes and then you will get to chat with someone.
