I havent recieve my order since i made a purchase last 26 june 2020. They keep on passing to different email address the problem. Other online seller they dont have any issue with the pandemic. But eastbay always keep on giving this reason cause of delays. Sad to say but i feel i was scam!

Leave zero stars if possible. Ordered on a Sunday shoes for my son. The wrong size was ordered. They refused to change the order to the correct size or cancel my order. I am forced to ship them the order then return them incurring shipping costs. Unbelievable!!

If you havn't tried eastbay before then I am telling you that DON'T EVEN INTEND to buy anything from them. They're scammers. You cannot track it online. The customer care SUCKS! They will tell you that they will do investigation and it will take 14 business days to finish, and you will get nothing. They will tell you that due to the pandemic blah blah blah blah that is why there is delays. I placed my orders on May 4, 2020 and until now I don't know if I can refund my money or have my shoes. I tried to call them for many times but they always hang up. They will only take your money and you will never ever going to have your shoes!

I Never received my shoes.I paid for my shoes and waited all the way to the expected arrival day and never got them. I then tracked my package via UPS and found out that Eastbay had not even sent my shoes to UPS from there warehouse. Customer service is basically non existent, you are left on hold for what feels like an eternity. And I have yet to be replied to via email. I want a full refund or my shoes but it seems like I will not be getting either one.

This company is a scam. 83% bad reviews. Better business bureau should shut them down. Ordered shoes never received. No email response. Not able to reach by phone. Doesn’t deserve 1 star.

A SCAM! there is no customer service! i wanted to return shoes. i punched in my order # as part of the return procedure. it was not valid. i tried calling for days! nothing! avoid eastbay! con-artists!

I have ordered numerous items from East Bay and have always been satisfied.... The one and only time I had to ship something back was completely my fault as my phone changed the size.... even the I had a little trouble but customer service was great and emailed me a return label with no problem.... I will definitely be shopping with them again.

My first order they sent had the wrong size and wrong color. I had to send the item back for a refund and repurchase the item. I ended up buying two of the same items, and they only sent one! So I’ve had issues with both of my orders all within a couple weeks. I’ve never had any problems with footlocker or champs as they are affiliated with them. Thought I’d give Eastbay a try since their products were a little cheaper than the other stores. Never again! They really need to retrain the workers who are in charge of getting the products ready to ship.

Wish I could give this CRAP company negative stars and wish I had seen all these negative reviews BEFORE I placed my order. Cannot track online because it says I have no order history and I placed order over 3 weeks ago. When I try to track through the email confirmation, it says no tracking is available. I have now been on hold for over 55 minutes for Customer Service. I will never EVER do business with them again.

Read the reviews before your next purchase. Don’t think this issue won’t happen to you. Honestly Eastbay doesn't even deserve a star. I bought a pair of shoes over a month ago. I never received any tracking info. I was supposed to receive the shoes within 5-6 business days but a month passes by and i still haven’t received them. I contacted Eastbay customer service (18008262205) by phone for over a week and waited to talk to customer support for over 30 minutes each time and still did not get a response. I also emailed Eastbay several times and today I finally got a response stating “They have checked my order and do not see any tracking scans available. Since it has been so long and there are no tracking details, we would be able to deem the package as lost. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.” They finally issued me a refund for my purchase which will take 5-7 business days to go back to my card. Do yourself a favor and avoid Eastbay at all costs. It is not worth it. Huge disappointment. Good luck getting in contact with their customer support team.

Delivery issues and very poor customer service. Product never left the warehouse and was never shippped. I was told UPS would deliver in 5/6 days. Shipping on UPS shows package was never received, only label created then also reference USPS tracking. I was on the phone for several hours today and was given zero resolution. Then I was hung up on when I asked for a confirmation # or verification email that the shoes actually left the warehouse.

Ordered matching shoes on May 25. I received one pair but the $200 pair did not ever come in! I have been calling and emailing with no answer/reply. I want my money or my shoes!!

Order sneakers and it was cancelled without notice no email nothing. Tried to call several times no one ever picks up and they don't respond to email also. Very disappointed.

No body picks up the phone for customer service. Can't cancel my purchase online after ordering it the same day and same hour. The return order # doesn't work on the receipt. The QR scan on the receipt doesn't work.
