Easy communication to ensure items that could be delivered earlier came through. Haven’t received items yet so can’t comment on quality but service has been great to date.

The online help person was very helpful and assisted me with my order. It was a shame I had to contact them as I wasn't able to request delivery online as part of my shopping cart. It gave me the option to put notes for delivery but not actually request delivery.

Very disappointed with service. My complaint was never followed up.

Very poor and inconsistent communication regarding huge delays. Once PART of my order finally arrived, (after going missing) parts were again missing (a bed frame), and I sadly received a broken (hallway table) and a badly chipped Clover library unit. I continually try and make contact and this has literally been the worst retail experience of my life after spending over $13,000. I am still waiting for staff to contact me 7 days after my last attempt. My daughter hasn't had a bed for over 2 months. I am so angry and so disappointed. Just gutted!

I have purchased 4 large basket Hinsko Planter on a stand. However one of the legs snapped off and I have had to buy another one to replace it. My partner tried to weld it back on but unfortunately it broke again.
I have so many indoor plants and not enough shelves.

Unfortunately, our experience is not a happy one. Firstly, during delivery our blind has been damaged - thanks to the customer service, someone came to have a look and said that they will send someone to fix it. So hopefully that will be sorted. Secondly, one piece of the bed has damage, which was reported. Lastly, bed and mattress are not compatible! There is a huge gap +\- 5 cm between frame and mattress. My whole hand can come in… be carefull and check everything twice before you order.
