If I could rate 0* I would. Disgusting service. Returned my car damaged - it was pristine when they collected. Drove my vehicle to me with flat tyres. Didn’t advise of any issues - just gave me my key... Zobacz więcej

Absolutely Rubbish

Absolutely rubbish
Half hour late to pick up car - good job we were early
2o mins to wait bringing it back
Charged £4.50 on top each way to get out of car park - had to pay driver meaning this was not an effective cost option !

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! I have not used them, but witnessed one of their drivers hit a post in a customers Audi (reg JEZ8515). He just reversed back (pretty sure he wouldn't have made the driver aware). Customers car was parked in the disabled bay as was their own collection car. Collection driver was swearing at the other driver (driving customers car) saying they didn't have time to hang around waiting for the owner. They looked very unprofessional.

The WORST meet and greet experience…

The WORST meet and greet experience EVER.
Not only were they 25 minutes late collecting the car-Which cost me an additional £7.00
On return I called at 23:15 to be told ‘we are just looking for your car,I’ll ring you back’
Didn’t call me back-after ringing back 30 minutes later I was told ‘having problems locating your car-what’s the reg number and car type?’
Another 30 minutes later I call again-‘we’ve found your car but can’t find the key-what does the key look like?’
It gets to 2:15am-3 HOURS AFTER I CALLED
I ring back,they’ve found the key...Waiting for a driver.
Finally at 02:40 I get my car back-covered in mud and had been smoked in.
After reading all the extremely similar complaints on trust pilot I didn’t even bother to email the company
As they blatantly don’t give a rats a$s about customers.
I was at work late the next day as I didn’t get to bed til 3:30am instead of midnight.
Absolute joke of a service

Before we got to the car park we…

Before we got to the car park we telephoned them as instructed, we found the west car park level one A. But no one was there, we phoned again to see if we were in the correct place yes we were. We had to wait a further 10 to 15min for someone to come.
On arrival back we went to the same place but no one was there, we phoned again and was told that we were not expected till 8am. On my booking form it stated back at 6am to 6-30am another phone call and 30 minutes later he arrived my wife asked him the reason he was late this ended up with him being very abusive to her. I was looking round my car to see if to had been scratched and he said go on look round sarcastically. When we got home in the daylight I noticed the front foot well was full of wet sludge this is not what I expected.
I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
NO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM

If I could give this company zero I…

If I could give this company zero I would do
My daughter paid to have her car secure parked at Manchester Airport to go toGermany for a week. When she returned John dropped the car off with another driver Name of driver unknown.
The other person she spoke to on the phone on the way to the airport was called Shaun
When she returned to get her car on handover she went into the glove compartment and both her I Pod and Speaker has gone. They were there when she left the car and the only explanation was these were stolen from someone at this company who had her car keys.
It isn’t just the money it was her old favourite with lots of music on over the years. On collection John seemed very
Sympathetic and helped check her car first then told her to report this once she was home. Since then she has phoned emailed and sent letters with no acknowledgment from this company at all
Theft is serious and if someone can take this from her car when in possession of her keys and apparently in a safe secure place then they can steel from someone else
My daughter has done her best to reconcile this with the company directly and even the Manager won’t speak to her. I will continue to spread word about this because the upset and de stress this has caused her has been awful.
Please DO NOT USE this COMPANY
This will be taken further

Overall a disappointing experience

Overall a disappointing experience. We were about 15 mins early arriving at the airport having left home early due to adverse weather conditions and road closures following flooding in Derbyshire. We were told we had to drive round the airport until our pre booked time.!!
On returning to Manchester we rang once we had our baggage to be told due to staff shortages they were unable to deliver our car to the terminal but would send a driver to pick us up and take us to the compound where our car was. All well and good, the driver was polite and apologetic but the negatives were
A) The car was covered in ice and freezing
B) The compound was awash with mud which is now all over the inside of my car as we had to transfer our cases in a poorly light muddy environment
C) Due to the lack of lighting/an iced over car with no de icer available and bring cold and covered in mud we made a hasty exit only to find in the day light the next morning the rear passenger bumper of my car had been scuffed.
As I said a disappointing overall experience

Poor quality car parking

To start with it says you pay £4.50 on return from your holiday doesn't say anything about paying £4.50 when you hand the car keys over secondly on our return the guy turned up with the wrong car he had to take us back to the compound now you advertise a professional secure car park there wasn't a single security light the place was in complete Darkness potholes all over it's just like an old converted field I didn't see any video cameras had I have known my car was going to be parked in a place of that condition I would not have booked with you would I recommend a friend no. My suspicion is the drivers are pocketing the drop off money.

Diabolical

Diabolical. Phoned to say 15 mins away. The man who answered said he didn’t have our booking down , nothing for me. So as I quoted the ref no I had and a print out without his number on he was getting g agitated and put the phone down on me. I rang back he put the phone down . I rang from another phone he answered , heard it was me and put the phone down , so I googled epa? Found a number from London and rang to tell them . Rap are obvs just a broker / agent. They said they would get back to me . By this time we had been sat in car outside airport 25 mins. I eventually got a call from the very very rude youngish guy who had put the phone down and been rude to me. He told me they’d suddenly found the booking and someone was on their way. Another half hour passed before they came. We had to go inside the car park and pretend we were parking it.
On the way back it was 5am cold and we rang them to say we had arrived. He said someone was on his way. Freezing 30 mins later they turned up. We were supposed to meet inside the car park ( not the designated meet and greet area ) which we had paid for. But we couldn’t see the point in waiting in the car park for them to fetch our car into said car park for us then to have to pay a fiver to get back out, so we walked to the carp ark entrance. When the rude guy eventually turned up . He jumped out of car , told us that we would get him into fee trouble and he ran off very quickly into the car park area. I am assuming this was so his face wasn’t on camera. A meet and greet is where they are meeting and waiting for you to save you the hassle of parking.DO NOT USE , or make sure You know which company you are booking beforehand .

Will not be using this service again!

Didn’t think this was good at all. Prior to our holiday we received the relevant info regarding our booking. Told the phone them 30 mins before our arrival at the airport which is what we did. I was advised to drive up the ramp at MAN T1 but not to enter the drop off zone. Unfortunately once we were up the ramp we had no option but to enter the drop off zone immediately and because we were slightly early we incurred additional parking charges. Ok well these things happen and I wasn’t going to let this spoil my holiday. The car was collected from us as agreed and off we went. However on our return a week later we were expecting to find our vehicles ready and waiting as we had booked ‘meet & greet’. No we stood waiting for the car to arrive but it didn’t. Instead we were told, a minibus would take us to the yard to find our vehicle. Sorry I have two small children and my elderly father this is not good enough. The driver said the other driver had called in sick, so this was the only way to get to our car. I could see Kingsley (the driver) was up against it, and credit to him he was doing his best to remain calm and courteous when his phone was ringing non stop. So we arrived at the yard. The couple in the minibus with us got out to find their car but ours was nowhere to be seen. After a 10 minute wait in the pitch black yard, we heard a car engine in the distance. A car (not ours but another customers no doubt) sped into the yard, wow, I said glad that’s not ours being driven like that. Kingsley then appeared immediately behind in our car. We thanked Kingsley and said I hope management will be in touch tomorrow about our refund. Needless to say we have heard nothing since! This debarkle added about an hour to our journey in the early hours of a cold and wet November morning. Very disappointed!

Good service

Drop off - had an issue getting through on phone but when I did and being only 5mins away someone was there to collect the car when I arrived. Pick up - there was a delay of about 30 minutes but when car arrived driver explained and apologised.

Stressful

Seems I booked through an agency, was not told I needed to give extra cash to the driver for the exit cost. Wasn't given a correct number to phone until I was almost at the airport.
Had to wait 40 minutes when I arrived back in Manchester

Disappointing

It took 30+ minutes and at least 4 phone calls to get our car collected from the airport. The phone number we were given was either of engaged or left to ring for ages. We waited 15 mins for them to drop it off for us on our return and it was covered in mud. Presumably it had been kept in a muddy field over the week

Would not recommend them and will never…

Would not recommend them and will never use again! Before arriving to drop car off I tried to call them numerous times and no answer and when I did get through I could not understand what the person said and he hung up! Upon our return at airport I called them to say we would be there in half an hour, so arriving for time I requested car back for then to be left a further forty minutes in cold early morning with two young kids, the driver said nothing to do with him take up with his boss!

The reason you could not get through to the was we was experiencing a high volume of calls at that time, We cannot control how the flights land at Manchester so some occasions their is a wait time in receiving your vehicle, if longer than 20 minuets our drivers will inform you so you can wait in the warm.

Some of staff where very friendly

Some of staff where very friendly, but when I was getting picked up, I had to wait over an hour for a car to come and when I rang them, the man on the phone was rude. Because I was ten minute later than, what I said I would be, also there was no mention that I had to pay and extra 4.80 at the car park each time for parking for 30 minutes. Would not use the car parking again

All customers entering and exiting the airport have to pay the drop off and exit fees to Manchester airport this is a new scheme they had introduced last year.
Im sorry about the waiting time you received we normally return cars within the 20 minuets from the phone call
