We paid £50 for this company to look after our car for 1 week, we trusted this service and when they returned the car we found they had emptied a change pot inside of the car that was filled with pound coins and silver to be found completely empty on the floor not even a penny left inside, when we rang up to complain they told us that ‘we should off removed valuables’ but this is supposed to be a service you pay for to keep your car safe and trust them!!! not to ROB YOU
THEIFS . They’ve even taken penny’s absolute disgusting company wouldnt not recommend to anyone . Only 2 people came to pick up the car and return so one of them has robbed and made this company look absolutely disgusting a blonde haired ( longish hair ) tall guy and a Asian guy on the way back you should be ashamed of yourselves . When called the company couldn’t even apologise. Car was full of mud under pedals as if it had been driven .

AVOID, my car was involved in an accident hitting another car with people init, failed to stop at the seen, didnt know any of this until police issued me with a 172 notice, I explained to.police over phone we was just landing, had to write company details in, waiting for reply, i rang the company to explained and was laughed at down the phone saying wasnt us, well it wasnt us as we wasnt in the car, on futhur inspection of our car damage is done under bonnet and underneath which is going to cost us alot of money, cant get hold of company for there insurance

Booked through a comparison site and thought I was getting a good deal @ £30 for two today’s..... Big Mistake! They change you £5 for pick up and £5 collection fees - this was not mentioned at the point of booking!
It took the driver 40mins to meet me at the airport on the outbound flight.
The driver on pick up from inbound flight would not speak to me until I was at the exit (it was an internal flight so only took 4 mins from getting off the plane). Phoned once at exit and was advised the driver would be 10mins. Waited over half an hour in the cold!
Drivers had no IDS and could have been anyone.

Good service, manchester airport management have made it awkward for EAP but they do a good job,takes them 15 to 20 minutes to get to you, but communication is good. We use them everytime we fly from Manchester

Collection of the car was ok, although I could have been handing my car keys to anyone - no ID or confirmation of booking.
On return phoned up and was told they would be 15 minutes - after 25 minutes I called again, and when I asked how long they would be I got a sarcastic answer followed by a 'you haven't been waiting as long as you claim!' Well, I had, as I could see the call times on my phone.
When the driver did eventually turn up in my car he drove it through the car park like he was on a race track, and pretty much handbrake turned into the car park space.
DO NOT USE - WORST MEET AND GREET EVER USED!

Would be helpful if every team member wore named uniform, would help identify staff easier.

Booked through a comparison site and wish I’d read the reviews beforehand! Experienced exactly the same problems as all the other 1 star reviews, phoned numerous times to eventually be told the driver wasn’t coming. Options at this point were miss the flight or leave car in short stay car park for 4 days, we did the latter at a cost of £180. The comparison site refunded the £30 initially paid but that was it. I am now in the process of taking this company through the small claims court and would urge others to do the same. It’s costs £25 to claim online.

I use there service all the time as long as you have the Levey charges witch the airport have put in place of £4.50 and you ring 20 minutes before you get to the airport and the meet time I put is correct it’s a good service it’s that simple and then on the way back get all bags get in to the arrivals hall and then ring car takes 15 to 20 minutes to arrive and if they say sorry there is a bit of a que I get a brew because it’s not the end of the world is it haha

Worst meet and greet service I have ever received. The driver was 40 minutes late collecting our car after they had been called 30 minutes prior. Returning back to the UK we waited another 30 minutes to be told they were short staffed and had to take us to the compound to collect our own car. I felt sorry for the driver as he was driving some angry customers. I tried to ring the number on the business card but it cuts you off and no response received from a message via the website. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!

EMPLOYEE USED MY CAR FOR 'A FAMILY EMERGENCY'. Yes, that's right...I have a tracker fitted and my car was driven and parked overnight on an employees drive. I called the company, who denied it until I said I have a tracker, and was then told the employee 'had a family emergency at home' and needed a car, and begged not to call the police. My rear bumper was also DAMAGED and now 5 weeks later they 'may' pay for the repairs.

Absolutely shocking. DO NOT USE! Was told we had to give them the £4.50 for airport parking pick up. We only had a £10 and asked if they had change, they said they didn’t but would take the £10 and leave the change in the car for when they drop it off and we need to get out the car park.
When we arrived back in England we rung them and he said our car would be brought to us in 20 minutes to the same place they picked the car up. 35 minutes later we ring to see where it is to be told someone is coming in a van to pick us up and take us to the car. 30 minutes after that we ring to find out where the van is & we’re told the original van driver is stuck in traffic so won’t be long. 10 minutes later we chase up and are told the first van has broke down so another employee will come collect us. After waiting for a total of an hour in the car park he finally turned up with the excuse the first van has broke down and all his other employees are off sick so it’s only him. Drove us to a pitch black back of a compound. We get in the car and the money from the £10 wasn't there.

Recently used EAP meet and greet at Manchester airport, they were there to meet me at the airport and when I returned on time, will use them on my next trip for certain

Waited 50 minutes at the airport for them to collect car from us , luckily we never missed our flight.
On return at 3am in morning driver told us he was working on his own and would have to pick us up from airport in a mini bus and take us to the compound for our car.
It was heavy rain and pitch black in the yard and was a death trap of a place , only lighting was the drivers head torch.
We were cold and wet got in our car and drove home.
We got up next morning and in daylight noticed the damage to the front of our car, clearly caused by having been scraped by a white car in their compound.
Rang first thing to report it, got very rude female called Chloe who was very dismissive.
I emailed with pics, but again have been lied to about the circumstances why we had been picked up and taken to dark compound , had they brought the car back to the well lit airport like we had paid for , we would have seen the damage.
DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COWBOY OUTFIT

I booked meet and greet, called 20 mins before I arrived at airport and then waited half an hour before calling back, there was loads of confusion at their end and I wasn’t even on their list (even though I had details of my booking). They eventually took my car and I just made my flight. On my return I called the number and was told they didn’t have anyone to bring my car to me and would I mind if they picked me up in a van and took me to their yard to collect my car!
I reluctantly accepted as I just wanted to go home, upon collecting my car it got even worse. There was McDonald’s wrappers, coffee cup in the well, my fuel was in reserve when I left them with 1/4 tank (so someone had driven about 100 miles in my car and their yard is only 5 mins away from Airport). The warning light was flashing on my car saying brakes needed to be checked. The whole experience of using this company was diabolical from start to finish. I complained immediately and was told to call the office the following morning. After calling the office I was asked to email my complaint which I did. I got one email back saying they would investigate and get back to me (and that’s word for word, no customer service skills whatsoever). I emailed a further two times over the last 3 weeks and have basically been ignored ever since. I have now sought legal advice to get this matter resolved so like I say..... AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Called the parking company 20 minutes before we arrived as it was stated, informed where to go when arriving at the airport. Once we arrived, nobody was there. We called again for them to state we didn’t call in the first place and had to wait a further 20 minutes.
When collecting the car on our return, we were left for an hour outside the airport. Even though we provided our details of our flight we were just told several times ‘someone is on their way’.
When my car was returned, I was shocked at the state it was in. There was dry mud on the driver carpets and passenger carpet? Only one person collected and returned my car so I don’t know why there would be mud on the passenger side?
Once we got in the car, the front 2 seats were damp and we had to sit on coats for the 3 hour drive home. The car now smells damp and there was rain/ water marks all inside my car when I looked at it the next morning in the day light. Either a window or door had been left open. Would not recommend this service, never experience something so poorly organised.
Well worth a try!
Its just an easy and convenient way of getting to and from the airport at a reasonable price. The staff are friendly and everything went smoothly with no fuss.
