If I could rate 0* I would. Disgusting service. Returned my car damaged - it was pristine when they collected. Drove my vehicle to me with flat tyres. Didn’t advise of any issues - just gave me my key... Zobacz więcej

DO NOT USE EAP / “Silver meet and greet…

DO NOT USE EAP / “Silver meet and greet Manchester” ( the company name I booked them under).
This company should be shut down immediately. Reasons :
LIARS - They will not pick up your car from your terminal as stated in the email. They will only pick up and drop off at terminal 1, regardless of where you fly in / out of.
AGGRESSIVE -I was shouted at over the phone and constantly put the phone down on when I questioned where they were, and where my car was. A Very stressful experience, especially when you have a time frame and a flight to catch.
UNPROFESSIONAL- the driver, when he eventually did turn up,was smoking and drove my car out of the car park like he was being chased by the police. Not wanting to make assumptions, however it wouldn’t surprise me if this was his natural reaction when getting in any vehicle. SUMMARY - The people who work / own this company are, at best, the worst kind of humans. Liars and scammers. This company optimises the worst of Britain. Let’s hope they are shut down very soon.

EAP Manchester

Please, Please, Please do not use this company. They are extremely poor quality as a business.
Lost my car key & won't deal with my complaint in a reasonable way.
So about to take legal action against them.

RUBBISH

As with other reviewers, we had to wait almost an hour for our car despite being told the chauffeur would be there in 10 minutes. When we did get our car, there was a dent to the door. Chauffeur told us to email in but EAP will not accept liability.

EAP is a dissolved company... that is still trading???

I actually thought I had booked through A2Z Airport Parking but it transpires they are merely a booking agent and take no responsibility for the companies they use. In our case they booked EAP Manchester for us and, in short, EAP Manchester failed to deliver our car to the airport and we had to revert to hiring a taxi to take us to where the car was being stored. When I complained to A2Z, this is their response... "The complaint you logged was not in relation to us here at A2ZAirportParking.co.uk, your complaint was with the Car Parking Company you selected to purchase your Car Parking with, EAP Manchester LTD." So in short, the companies that A2Z suggest we book with, are not all capable of delivering a service so please do your research before booking! EAP were so rude over the phone and have not yet replied to my complaint.
Further to my original post above, I have seen on Companies House that EAP Manchester was dissolved as a company in January 2021 and so now falsely trade under the same name. Your money and car is clearly at risk!

Paid, booking confirmed, never turned up

Booked this company for my wife based on their 4.9/5 review on comparison site. Money paid, no show on the day, spoke to driver from mobile number on website (only person that answered phone the next day) who had no evidence of the booking. Called office, no answer. Emailed, no answer. Can’t even report it as terrible service as there just was no service provided! 0/5 would be a more appropriate score.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Please do not use this company, absolutely shocking! First of all they stole money from my car, not a huge amount a few pound coins and other loose change that was hidden under the armrest but its the principle on this. Secondly, they unplugged my dashcam, why would they do this unless they are either driving in a manner they wouldn't want recording or going somewhere/doing something they don't want recording! Lastly, I wouldn't have written a review on this alone but since we're here, followed instructions to the letter and on the way there was told 10 minutes for them to collect but it actually took 45 minutes for them to arrive and they were incredibly hard to get hold of, some 34 calls to their number.

Top service

Top service! Car collected at Terminal 1 within 5 minutes of arriving and great communication from the driver. Upon arrival back(several hours earlier than what was on the booking) I had the car back within 15minutes.

Can’t complain-Great service

AVOID

Used these came back from holiday to no petrol at all full of mud ,toys and cloths that didn’t belong to me and I took a picture of the Milage witch had 60 extra miles on avoid at all costs

THESE PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!!!!
If you are OK waiting 1hr 30mins to get your car back on your return, this is the place to come!

They are really great at providing a VERY, VERY POOR SERVICE!!!

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU, OR ANYONE YOU KNOW, USE THIS SERVICE!!!

I’ve just read all of the recent reviews … which ALL stack up with our experience. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

Avoid At All Costs

The Eazy Parking Manchester Ltd. representatives are extremely rude and unprofessional, I only regret I haven't read the reviews first, where people have described negative experience just like mine and worse.

Customers are unable to reach out to them via phone they provide as the line is always busy hence 30 min notice requirement cannot be met.
When they finally pick up the phone, they are aggressive and rude and directly putting blame on customers without shame claiming that line was not busy and there is no chance I tried to call them, whilst missing basic customer service skills.
We ended up waiting 1 hour for them to come while we was dealt with as piece of garbage.
For the reference I have saved all the screenshots of how many times I called them and also recorded all phone calls with them as evidence to submit as part of my complaint.

This company goes by other names - silver Meet and Greet was the name that I booked through. If you Google the mobile number, you will find so many reviews like mine. It is difficult to get through to collect your car - I made over 65 calls before they answered. When the car was dropped off the driver left so quickly I could not check the car. The drivers seat, the carpet and under the seat was soaking wet, and the heater was on full blast at the highest temperature - he weather was warm, not how I left it. It was clear that the window had been left open, so car insecure whilst on holiday. There was sandwich wrappers in the passenger door - not mine!! I have tried to complain, they give you an email address, no one responds. You try to speak to someone - impossible!! From all the other reviews i HAVE READ, i have been lucky as it could have been worse - AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!

The meet at the airport was straight…

The meet at the airport was straight forward enough.
And the return was prompt. Only when the guy had quickly handed me my keys & buggered off i discovered that my car looked like it had been used for a chimps tea party. Sweet & crisp wrappers everywhere, half eaten bars of chocalate & muddy footprints all over the back seats. Oh...and 100 miles off the clock. Despite allegedly being 5 minutes away. Wont use again.

My flight back from Ibiza was delayed by an hour back into Manchester airport. It still took over an hour AFTER we landed to return my car. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Reading other reviews, I would say you lot are lucky to get your cars back even if they were damaged, I didn’t have that luxury, I was told upon my return whilst waiting for my luggage that my car had been stolen from the compound on the same night I left it there! Apparently they were broken into and around 20 keys were taken and my car keys and my car were one of them!
I had no contact via call of email from them to notify me of the theft!
My gut instinct tells me it was a inside job!
Stay Away!!

AWFUL will damage car and refuse to pay

Not very meet and greet as you wait and greet.

Smashed the front of my car up, pretended they would pay for it when I collected and then ignored all my communication regarding repairs!
Absolutely AWFUL they would be willing to do this to hard working people!

DO NOT USE ! We waited an hour for our vehicle to be returned DAMAGED contacted eap as soon as the car was returned to me. I was told to take pictures and send via email. They finally got in touch with me saying they aren't liable and that my car was old anyway. Disgusting customer service with no morals

This is a well run and highly regarded family business

This is a family run business and I think their processes are extremely slick and they offer great value for money!

Something, Manchester Airport or it’s affiliates do not!

The team are incredibly affable and easy to deal with - very good people; the staff also look incredibly smart and are never late (as some of the reviews have suggested)!

Suffice to say, there has never been an issue when I have used the service of EAP - which I have done numerous times, and my car was ABSOLUTELY returned to me in the exact manner I left it…

This business is not a scam - it is a legitimately owned family business and they are attempting to hold their head above the water and compete with larger players in a somewhat lucrative and overly aggressive market…

I am a professional businesswoman who regularly commutes and has to rely upon high quality & high value services such as EAP…

Not once, have I ever had an issue with this firm because they are excellent!

Suffice to say, EAP are my first call for reliable and trustworthy airport parking….

Booked Meet & Greet for T3 as was…

Booked Meet & Greet for T3 as was travelling with my wife, 2 young children and had check-in and hand luggage. M&G parking seemed the obvious thing to do.

As advised, called 30 minutes before arriving at the airport to be told to park at T1. My flight was from T3 and the train it was booked a such was to make it easier to get to the designated terminal. I followed the instructions and then walked over to T3 with bags and children in tow. Paid the man £7 as he had no change and was advised he'd leave the £1 change in the car on my return. (He didn't).

On the way back, rang as I'd picked up my bags. Was advised to go to, yes, Terminal 1. So, now had another walk to T1 from T3 with two very tired children and bags. Not exactly a meet and greet experience. Called at 23:57 and was told 10 minutes and to wait by the disabled bays at the short stay car park. Eventually, 30 minutes later after much calling and receiving abuse from the guy on the phone, the car arrived. It was late, my kids were crying and they just wanted to get home and to bed. I haven't checked the condition of the car as was exhausted and priority was to get my children home.

The driver was rude. Swore at me and then walked off. I asked him to.repeat what he said but just ran like a rat.

Avoid this bunch of cowboys. Poor service, rude and not remotely interested in customer service.
