AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! I have not used them, but witnessed one of their drivers hit a post in a customers Audi (reg JEZ8515). He just reversed back (pretty sure he wouldn't have made the driver aware).... Zobacz więcej

SCAM ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!!

SCAM!!! Please read. We left our car thinking it was in safe hands with EAP at Manchester airport. No problems on departure but on return.....Couldn't get through to the call number, after several calls we were told 5 minutes. As we got back to the carpark we noticed our car in the space we left it and worryingly it was unlocked. When the guy finally turned up (40 mins later) he was apologetic and gave us our key, now this is where it gets complicated... On exiting the car park instead of the £6 fee we were expecting the charge was in fact £290!!! The airport parking team confirmed (from the ANPR system) that our car had never left the short stay car park. It had just sat there open for 4 days unlocked. Luckily for us the Manchester airport short stay team took pity and let us exit. After reading some reviews here I'm slightly relieved they didn't take it offsite. I'm seriously contemplating contacting the Police about this.

Worst Meet & Greet I've ever…

Worst Meet & Greet I've ever used!...Phoned 30 mins before as requested then waited 20 mins after arriving at meeting point...On return waited 20 mins again only to find that my car had travelled 109 miles in 2 days and later found the tyre inflator had disappeared!...Clearly these are not to be trusted!.

EAP/Holiday Car Parks LTD - Scam parking at Manchester

Please, please read and and save upset and money.
We followed the instructions, calling 30mins beforehand. The person on the phone said there was no record of our booking but they would 'fit us in'.
We arrived at the airport, parked at West Car Park, ground floor, zone D, as instructed. Called EAP and was told to wait by the car and our 'chauffeur' would be there in 5-10 mins.
Over the course of the next hour, we waited by the car and called several times, as no one turned up. Each time we were fobbed off with, stuck in traffic/just round the corner/have you already called. The final time I called, I was told to 'just leave the keys on the front wheel', when I questioned the safety of this, the man became very aggressive and told me 'take it or leave it' and hung up.
At this point I was becoming distressed; I had my 12-year-old daughter with me, who was panicking as she thought we would miss our flight. A guy who I had approached to ask if he was from EAP earlier as he was collecting a car from another car owner, came over as her could see I was upset. He tried calling the company, who had switched off the phone at this point. He said this was something he was seeing a lot of and as much as he wanted to help, the company he worked for would only take in advance bookings.
So, in the end, we locked the car and called friends who came to the airport the next morning and collected the car, the overnight charge was £58.
I wish I had read these reviews before booking:
On our return we had to get an Uber, another £60. The Uber driver also confirmed that bogus parking companies were taking peoples cars and parking them in fields and on the street in Wilmslow, see BBC website.Holiday car parks Manchester ltd - which is the trading name (or one of them) of EAP Manchester - on gov.uk website and it looks like they will be in breach for not filing and notice to close is issued.
I think just use the companies on the official Manchester Airport site, even if a bit more expensive.

AVOID!!!

AVOID!! Absolute s**t show! Told us to ring 30 minutes before we needed car dropping off, we rang they told us they were running 30 minutes behind then they turned their phone off and left us sat there for an hour and half, my husband eventually went to look for someone to report what had happened and found our car parked in zone B with our car key placed on top of one of the tyres!! when we eventually got through to the cowboys they gave nothing but attitude asking what we were ringing for and hung up on us! We reported this and got told that the airport have nothing but trouble every day from this company and that there’s nothing they can do because the company operates under different fake names. Wish we would have read the reviews first but came up on a comparison site so thought it would be trustworthy! We will be reporting them to trading standards too.

My car has been damaged

My car has been damaged. I found my right mirror broken and also they have used my car as I found McDonald’s rubbish inside.
So we can’t see this they have unplugged my dash camera.
Never again with this people.

AVOID EAP

I made a booking for EAP meet and greet service through Parking4you. After a wait of around 10 minutes, a gentleman named 'Babs' arrived to collect my car. When I asked for his identification, he showed me a business card instead. Unfortunately, I didn't have the exact change of £6 for him to exit, so he requested a £10 note and assured me that he would leave the £4 change inside the vehicle for me to collect later.

A week later, upon my return from vacation, the driver arrived approximately 10-15 minutes later than expected. Despite his rush to catch a shuttle bus, I took the time to inspect the vehicle. Unfortunately, I discovered that the promised £4 change was not left inside. I immediately raised the issue with the driver who was aware of the £4 and acknowledged that money being taken from cars is a recurring problem. He assured me that he would report the incident and advised me to send an email to info@ eapmanchester.com.

To add to my disappointment, I later realised that my USB adapter had been removed from the slot and was no longer functional. Additionally, the cigarette lighter slot was also not working. As soon as I arrived home, I sent an email to EAP, but it has been five days, and I have not received any response.

It seems that they are ignoring my concerns. I strongly recommend paying a little extra and utilising the parking services directly offered by Manchester airport. It's not worth the hassle of dealing with unreliable third-party companies like EAP. I regret not reading the reviews beforehand.

Oh how I wish I'd seen Trustpilot's reviews before I'd booked!!

Oh how I wish I'd seen Trustpilot's reviews before I booked!! This company certainly DO NOT provide the service they advertised. We phoned (as requested) 30 minutes before arrival (04:30 am). Their printed instructions stated: “Meet & greet airport parking from terminals 1,2 & 3 MCR airport parking primarily offers a meet and greet service which involves you driving directly to your terminal at Manchester airport where one of our professional drivers will be ready to meet you collect your vehicle.” This never mentioned the fact that, instead of going to the terminal (as advertised), we had to go to Terminal 2 West car park. Having wasted £5 on the terminal drop off charge, we went to the car park and waited (no driver was waiting for us, as promised!). And waited… And waited… Several phone calls and 30 minutes later, a driver finally turned up. I should have been grateful!! When we returned, we phoned (as requested), went back to the car park (not the departure point at the terminal, as instructed) and waited (again – no driver waiting). And waited… And waited… Again, several phone calls (they complained that we’d only called ‘a few moments ago’ when it had been twenty minutes). This time it took 50 minutes!! According to my vehicle tracker, the car was parked only 2.9 miles away – we could have walked over and picked it up ourselves. The driver complained he’d been stuck in traffic, doing 5 miles an hour. Even at that rate, it would only have taken him half an hour. And don’t even get me started on ‘uniformed drivers’. It’s a lesson learned I suppose – how different things could have been if this had been an honest, professional company.

Avoid avoid avoid!!!!

Avoid avoid avoid!!!!! All the reviews say to avoid! Thieves. Stolen everything from my car. Would be better to leave it open on a street somewhere than trust this company with it. Car came back filthy and the company take no responsibility for anything!!!

Never Took my car out of the drop off/ pick up car park cost me £200 to exit the car park after my hoiday Very rude staff and blocked my number i will be going to small claims to get my money back as not a chance of them paying me back

THIEVES !!……… DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - WE USED THIS COMPANY WHEN WE WENT ON HOLIDAY FOR 1 WEEK. THEY REQUIRED £6 FOR EXIT FROM THE CAR PARK SO I TOLD THEM THERE WAS 6 x £1 COINS IN THE FRONT CONSOLE. ON RETURN FROM OUR HOLIDAY THE CAR WAS DROPPED OFF FOR US AND WHEN EXITING THE SHORT STAY CAR PARK I HAD TO PAY ANOTHER £6 EXIT FEE, I WENT IN THE FRONT CONSOLE TO GET £6 IN COINS AND NOTICED THAT ALL MY MONEY/COINS HAD BEEN TAKEN. I HAD OVER £60 IN CHANGE AND IT HAD ALL BEEN STOLEN. I REPORTED IT TO THE COMPANY AND THEY APOLOGISED AND SAID THEY WOULD RETURN THE MONEY BUT WEEKS ON HAVE NEVER DONE SO. THERE EXUSE IT THAT I SHOULD HAVE NOT LEFT ANY VALUABLES IN THE CAR !!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

UNPROFESSIONAL, Theft and expensive

Used this company for the first time as we were 2 families in two cars, including 3 children under 4 years so decided meet and greet would be easier. The outgoing service was ok, although the drivers didn't appear professional in manner or dress (considering we paid £95 for 1 weeks parking). We left them with £10 for the exit and we were told that £4 would be left in the car for our return (Luckily I had removed all valuables and money before leaving the car). On our return we had to wait over 45 mins (with 3 kids) and the £4 had not been left in the car - I was told to phone the booking line which I did over several days, however, the phone was never answered. AVOID this company!

Avoid like the plague!

I was extremely disappointed with this company. They took a long time to collect my car on arrival which meant that I had to pay £12 instead of £6 for them to leave the drop off area. My car is brand new (literally 48 hours old) and the driver tried to claim that the side door was damaged when in fact it was a little speck of dust. He then blamed other customers on being untrustworthy! The wait on arrival was almost 45min (I was a solo female and this was after midnight) and the car arrived covered in bird droppings, although luckily no other damage. The staff are brusque and have zero customer service skills. I will absolutely not be using them again. Just use the airport meet and greet!

Dissapointed with the service

Dissapointed with the service, driver was 40 minutes late when we arrived at the airport, we were understanding as they explained they were runnings slightly behind schedule. However we were told that our flight would be tracked so the car would be ready for when we landed back at the airport, we got to the agreed collection spot and no car. Phoned the contact number the guy on the line was half asleep very rude and didn’t even know what terminal we were at after I gave our Reg plate, compared to the call on the way there it seemed this guy was working for a completely different company :/ after that we waited about 25 minutes at 1am for the car to get there and the man driving barely said a word to us, we were supposed to have change from the £10 note we gave the gentleman at drop off for parking so I asked if it was in there and all I get is ‘I dunno you’ll have to look’ how rude? Just seemed like a while shambles compared to other companies I’ve used. Will avoid in future

Dreadful service, cowboy outfit

Dreadful service. Beware you have to pay another £12 to get in and out of the car park on top of the figure you pay them! Waited 20 minutes for them when we dropped the car off, despite ringing as advised with plenty of notice. Waited 50 minutes when we landed even though they said they’d track our flight and that they were “on their way” when we rang… each time! We had to ring 3 times! Won’t use again. Also found my travel sweets and parking money ‘missing” upon my return! Steer clear of this company!

All cameras where disconnected car was searched and money taken from a tub in the center council . Called to advise was told to send email, no reply from email

Never book with this company, they are fraud people.
I booked meet and greet service with this company and had the worst experience. A day before my departure date, I rang them to check what is the procedure, they told me to call back before 30 minutes prior to our arrival at Terminal 1 which we did. We tried to call the number that was given to us, the call was being forwarded to another number and we had to call 23 times to speak to a person. You can imagine how stressful this would have been, few hours before the flight we were thinking about will they come or not, where we are going to leave the car, we couldn't have called someone else either to pick up the car etc.
The person on the phone was either drunk, he was very rude and couldn’t speak properly. Told us to go to meet and greet parking and you should see a driver, I went there and again I had to ring at least 6 times to speak to the person. They were lying about the drive, he is there in the car park look for tall bald guy and later they said he will be there with you in 5 minutes etc.
My kids were waiting in the terminal and I was waiting in the short stay car park for the driver to come and collect the car, I had to wait at least 30 minutes for the driver. I asked the driver how far is the parking he said only 3 miles away from the terminal. I left the car with him to catch the flight. When we came back from holidays, I called them to drop the car and as soon as I saw the car coming into the parking I was shocked as the car was damaged, there was a dent on the near side door. I asked the driver, he said I don't know, O am just delivering the car. I asked for the details on who to report to and what is the complaint procedure, he rang the office for details, he gave me the email address to send pictures and said they will get this sorted.
I took the pictures in front of the driver and send them the email, I had to chase them multiple times for a response. I only got the response after 9 days, which said,

"I have spoke to our team in regards to your Complaint for damage on your vehicle.
The drivers have confirmed you hadn't reported the damage to them at the airport.
We can not accept liability for damage once you have left the airport"

Which is a complete lie as I did report it to the driver. Now I am still chasing for the repair cost but looking at the reviews (which I should have check before) I have no hopes.

My advice is that never leave your valuable car with this dodgy company just to save few pounds, always go for the official meet and greet service.

Was straight forward rang 30mins before arrival driver was with me within 10mins if us arriving on my way back car was there within 5mins of me calling cant complain my experience was ok would use again i wouldnt be put off by bad reviews in my experience these meet and greet companies get alot of bad press

This company should be shut down immediately.
LIARS – In there booking confirmation we were advised to ring 30 minutes prior to our arrival at Terminal 1 which we did, we were told to ring again 5 minutes prior to arrival at which point we were told to proceed to T1 short stay car park and wait where a representative (driver) would be waiting.
On arrival we waited for around 10 to15 minutes but no driver turned up, on phoning EMP we were told that the driver was on another task and would be approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
We phoned EMP again 25 minutes later and was again advised that he was on his way, and that if we were in a rush we could leave the keys on the tyre under the wheel arch and they would call us when the car was picked up. Still no driver arrived. EMP was phoned numerous times from the same phone with the vast majority of calls being engaged, unanswered or cut off.
EMP was then called from a different phone which was now answered, we were told that the driver was there looking for us, T1 short stay car park ground floor is not a large car park, as there was 5 of us in our party we split up and asked ever person on or in the vicinity of the car park if they were our driver from EMP. (THERE WAS NO DRIVER TO BE FOUND).
On phoning EMP again from the second phone (a total of 24 times) it would either ring and cut straight off or get the engaged tone.
A third phone was tried which was answered by EMP straight away, when giving the details of the car and name of the party the call was ended.
We were unable to book the car in at one of the multi-story car parks so consequently missed the flight.
I CANT ADVISE YOU NOT TO BOOK WITH THESE COWBOYS. ALL I CAN DO IS WARN OTHER PEOPLE IN THE HOPE THAT YOU DON’T GET RIPPED OFF
