Dyno-Rod - Gloucestershire Recenzje

Prompt, efficient and really helpful service.

Quick, effective and helpful!

Thanks Martin!

I booked a visit the day before using their easy on-line booking process. I received a call from the engineer at lunchtime on the day promised - we discussed the issue and a fixed price was quoted.

He was on site 40 minutes later and the problem was soon solved at the quoted price. I was also shown live video of roots growing through the pipe which partially caused the issue and needed to be moitored - but this wasn't accompanied by the usual pushy add-on sales pitch. Top, friendly and efficient service - many thanks.

good service quick response

Called out Dyno, engineer came out on time, problem identified, problem solved and with the minimum fuss. Brilliant service

Quick and efficiently

Very happy with service provided. He was very informative regarding the nature of the problem.

Excellent next day service. The guy was smart and courteous and the job was soon done. Highly recommend.

Our drains (sewer pipe) had started breaking up and moving so we needed Dynorod to re-line them. The 2 guys who attended were here for 2 days, removing the old U-bend pipe, replacing it with a straight pipe, then descaling and fitting the new liner creating a smooth continuous run of pipe to the next manhole. Despite some difficulties the guys remained professional and focused to finish the job successfully. They are the only 2 guys who cover Wiltshire, Glocs, Hereford and Worcester so if you need this time of work done then you will have them assigned to the job. Can definitely recommend.

Polite helpful nothing to trouble

Easy to book, really helpful engineer who undertook very thorough investigation to resolve drain problem.

Great service, helpful chap. Very prompt attendance.

Sunday afternoon we found a leak in our home that had been caused by a blocked drain. Called Dyno-rod and Danny was 5 mins away and came straight over. Issue sorted and gave us some great advice to prevent happening in the future. Fantastic bloke and amazing service.

Same day service to clear our blocked drain. Danny phoned ahead to let me know his time of arrival. He was very professional, pleasant and efficient , after assessing the problem he cleared the blockage . One very happy customer 😁

Brilliant job done by all especially Daisy for her amazing communication throughout. Very helpful with all my questions. Would highly recommend thank you

Great service, really happy with resolving an external blocked drain really quickly. Would highly recommend

The most disappointing management and control of their franchisees. The only reason I can think that a job that was so horrendously attended is that their manager of my local branch does not care for the brand or their customers.

After bodge after bodge job they finally agreed to repair their work but 6 months later we are no closer. Time to consult legal advise.

Have used Dyno Rod in the past (Essex) and was very impressed.
Another excellent experience. Luke was very professional. Thank you!

Very prompt and efficient service. Blockage was addressed and a plan for a permanent solution was put together. Grateful for the help in sorting the issue out.

Danny was great. He rang to let us know his eta. He sorted out the problem quickly and explained the issue. He left no mess and we were very happy with service. We would definitely use this company again. Well done Danny!
