Dyno-Rod - Gloucestershire Recenzje

Great job the chap worked very hard to clear the stubborn blockage 👏🏻 thanks very much

Excellent service. One of the gentleman that diagnosed the problem with our drains volunteered to work on his day off in order to speed up our repair. Very much appreciated. Both men were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to help.

Had blocked loo, tried various plumbers but they couldn't come out till Monday. This was Saturday! Phoned dyno rod and told guy what problem was but my phoned played up. Just managed to say post code. He turned up and fixed it. Was so relieved....literally. Think his name was Danny ,many thanks.

Really good arrived within 2 hrs
Unblocked manhole in 15 mins charged a fair £180
Very nice guy
I shouldn’t have bothered spending most of Sunday in the rain trying to do it myself
Lesson learned

Fast and efficient. Booked visit on-line, easy and quick. Guy came on time. Found rogue piece of concrete in drain catching all the loo paper!! Removed concrete. All now in order. Definitely use them again (but hope we don’t need to!!).

They came out on the same day, on a Saturday. The guy was really helpful and nothing was too much. He persevered with the job and managed to get it all unblocked, which it had probably been for over a year. Great service start to finish. No hidden coats or extras, just a great job at a fair price

Luke from Dyno-rod is fantastic, really goes the extra mile. Clean, chatty and very obliging & helpful !!
Deserves a pay rise !! ;)

Brilliant! Engineer was here within the hour.
Blockages all resolved within minutes.
A very friendly engineer who also explained how to maintain our drains for the future.
It is expensive, but I do feel as though it’s worth it for peace of mind and sorted by professionals with the correct equipment.

Fantastic service, arrived quickly, completed job quickly, very easy and reliable

Booked Dyno-Rod at 06:30 online. The issue was assessed and resolved by 10:30. First rate service. The engineer was excellent and the price explained before anything was done.I would recommend to anyone straight away.

The engineer, Danny, was very helpful and pleasant. He arrived on time and completed the inspection efficiently. The advice he provided was extremely useful. I was very pleased with the service I received.

Spoke to a pleasant gentleman and wasn’t left waiting in a queue.
The technician who unblocked the drain was professional and polite.
I was informed of the time of arrival.
Very pleased with an excellent service. Thank you

Contacted Dyno Rod this morning and they were at the property by lunchtime. On arrival they Assessed the problem with blocked external drain and very quickly resolved this issue. Afterwards showed me this issues with drainage system and advised.
Very friendly and professional service. I would definitely use again and recommend.

I rang at 5pm and sadly couldn’t have some one out that evening to unblock toilet ( I had sewage come up bath) so I was without facilities until 2 pm the next day.
However Luke rang to advise when he would arrive as promised. Lovely bloke, explained everything he was doing and options with me.
He liased with my landlord for me. Left the area all clean and tidy.

Engineer Will attended our home to fix a faulty cylinder. He was absolutely amazing, and we can’t praise him highly enough.
He tried to repair the cylinder, but it was too far gone, but he managed to source another one at short notice. The cylinder we had was a slim type, so difficult to find, but he managed to problem-solve it so that we could use a standard type. He also fixed a series of subsequent pipe leaks as well.
He worked so hard, and worked late in difficult circumstances, and really cared about what he was doing. When he couldn’t fix the problem by late evening, he promised to come back the next day, and actually turned up when he said he would, which is so rare these days. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and persistent when things didn’t go to plan, thinking outside the box to solve problems. He scarcely took a break, and kept us informed at all times. A real safe pair of hands.
We couldn’t have asked for more from him. I wish all tradespeople could be like Will!

Arrived within 20 minutes of the initial office call and carefully explained review process.
Cleared the blockage in a further 20 minutes (leaves, moss and general garden detritus) and fully tested flow of the clean drain!
Excellent!!

So quick to respond and not at all expensive compared to other quotes i got thanks Dynorod

Amazingly fast turn around from reaching out to them and then having an engineer on site with a few hours.

Matthew saved me the cost of an inspection by advising to reach out to Severn Trent first. Much appreciated great customer service!
