Love it
Love it. Used my Duvalay for the first time at End of the Road festival earlier this month and loved it. I was cosy and comfortable and slept like a log. Would never use a sleeping bag again.

Travel Sheet
My order was placed in May 2026. Eighteen days ago I was informed via email that I would receive the order within 7- 10 days. Still no sign of the order as to date. I believe 3 months and 18 days is too long to process a simple order. No explanation has been given about why the delay has happened. I have given up.

Perfect for the camper van
I really love my Duvalay - bought to use in my camper van. It's comfy and warm. I can't stand being trapped in a sleeping bag, so this is the perfect solution.
I bought the full set with the straps and bag, which make it easy to store.
My only tiny negative is that the pillow case is slightly scratchy on my face, but I was in a hurry so didn't wash it first - I'm hoping it'll be softer after I've done that.

Hi Kay
Thank you so much for your lovely review!
We’re delighted to hear that you’re loving your Duvalay sleeping bag and that it’s proving to be the perfect solution for your campervan adventures. We completely understand that sleeping bags aren’t for everyone, so it’s great to know you’re finding yours comfortable and warm without feeling restricted.
We’re also pleased to hear that the straps and storage bag are making things nice and easy. We’re sorry to hear you found the pillowcase a little scratchy, but we hope that after washing it, it softens up and becomes more comfortable for you.
Thank you again for your feedback and for choosing Duvalay. We hope you have lots of cosy nights and wonderful adventures in your campervan.

Great purchase.
We didn't know where to start with choosing our Duvalays for our campervan, but the website was really helpful, aiding us to make our purchase. The range of colours mattress depth gives great choices to get what suits your needs.
Delivery was within a couple of days. We also ordered the bags to keep them in, and it is not at all difficult to roll up the Duvalays to store in the bags.

The Duvalay mattress is really good and…
The Duvalay mattress is really good and comfortable the service that I received was excellent from turning up at the factory to the actual delivery.
Why I have just give you four stars is because if you get up several times during the night the actual mattress slides of the actual bed and you have to slide it back into position every time.
Not sure if anyone else has mentioned this previously, are you not able to put some kind of tag/strap ???? to secure in place.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us such a detailed review.
We’re pleased to hear that you find your topper comfortable and that you were pleased with the service you received, from your visit to our factory through to delivery.
We’re sorry to hear that you’ve experienced the topper sliding out of position during the night. We really appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as feedback like this is invaluable to us when looking at ways we can improve our products.
We’ll certainly pass your suggestion regarding a tag or strap to our product team for consideration.
We hope you continue to enjoy your topper, and thank you again for your kind words and helpful feedback.
