Overall ok experience ( we have not as yet tried the product however). Delivery was a little slower than is usual these days, but within the framework set out, so no complaints.
The main issue we have at the moment is that the topper we ordered was vacuum packed and as yet we have not configured a way of getting it into the storage bag we paid for as an extra.

Neck pain gone
Bought the moulded pillow as I had a trapped nerve in my neck. Was in agony. Took a couple of weeks getting used to it but now can’t sleep without it.

We have an older campervan with firm single beds & a fold out double. Bought two 58cm width that do both. 1st night immediately SO much comfier, with the extra give. Best nights now since we've had the van. We bought the fitted sheets which make life easier. Pricier than the alternatives, but now I don't care. These were the cooling ones - freshtec.

I ordered my mattress just days before…
I ordered my mattress just days before Easter as a returning customer, I ordered over the phone and paid alot of money but because it is a good company I went a head with the order, then as Easter got closer I had a email that they sent out offering a discount with so much off ! now to me that was very unfair for them not to have said on the phone or even said because it was over £700 and I was returnig we would give you 10 -15% off like the email !but no so I would now think about using them again even though the products are good.

Overpriced and not worth the hype
Bought a complete set from duvalay, 18mths ago in Oct 2024, remembering its for a camper and not my bed at home it's had minimal use and washed as per instructions. The mattress topper sheet has holes appearing in two places I believe it's called threadbare l, contacted Duvalay who's attitude is out of warranty hard luck. Overpriced and well below the quality that they claim

Delighted with the travel mattress…
Delighted with the travel mattress protector from Duvalay. Having recently bought a click clack type chair bed I wanted something to elevate its comfort for guests. But as it won't be used all the time I needed a product which could be rolled up and stored away so this was a perfect choice. The other advantage was the choice of widths as I wanted 77cm to match the bed.
Really impressed by the quality and comfort.
