Great service and great product
I returned a sleeping bag that was too wide for our van. The customer service team were very obliging and exchanged for a smaller size. We are very happy with our new sleeping bags for our base camp van. Much easier just to roll up and store.

Great quality product. This is the third Duvalay I have bought. This time I got the 4cm deep mattress instead of the 2.5cm and I love it! Love the quality of the material of the cover.

Faulty Duverlay zips on sleeping bags
We have 4 Duverlay camping sleeping bags and the zips have broken on three of them. We have used them up to 5 times a year for2-4 years. . Duverlay said they cant do anything as they are out of their guarantee period. I asked them to find out if they are using more robust zips and they said they will let me know. If they ate I will buy more but wont if not.
I see Rodders in 2024 has had similar issues so there must be something wrong with them as he had his replaced 3 times!!

We appreciate your frustration, and we understand why you would want reassurance that any replacement product uses a robust and reliable zip before considering another purchase. As discussed with you, your sleeping bags are now outside our guarantee period, so unfortunately we’re unable to offer a replacement under warranty. However, we do appreciate the opportunity to investigate your concerns further and to look into the specification of the zips currently being used.
We would also like to reassure you that zip failures are not something we see as a widespread or common issue with our sleeping bags. The fact that you have been using your sleeping bags for between two and four years before experiencing these problems is also relevant, as there has been a considerable period of use before the issue arose. Nevertheless, we take your experience seriously, particularly as you have experienced the issue with several of your sleeping bags, and we will continue to review this with our product team.
We also appreciate you bringing other customer feedback to our attention. While individual customer experiences can vary, we do monitor feedback carefully and use it to help us identify any recurring issues and opportunities to improve our products.
Thank you again for your honest feedback. We hope we can provide you with a satisfactory update regarding the zip specification, and we appreciate your continued interest in Duvalay despite your experience.
