I have used this site for 2plus years, I enjoy the games and have successfully cashed out numerous times. I have read a LOT of reviews based on not being able to cash out, READ the bonus and Promotion details before you click and link it to your deposit. Review from a long standing player are they legitimate yes but with everything go in with your eyes open and read the terms and conditions and then don’t get upset when you are being held to them.

A few things:
-You have to withdraw a minimum of $150 so you are always out $150.
-There is a $51 charge to withdraw your money. I have never had to pay it because they always reject my withdrawals.
-You cannot save your payout information and have to type all of it in everytime. Considering they reject you everytime, it's very inconvenient.

I played some free spins and won. In order to cash out you have to spend a certain amount ($1750 in my case). Ok I spent that amount and then some. So when I go to cash out I have to be verified. That takes a week. Once that complete now u have to wait 5 more days for processing then that times pass and they reverse your withdrawal with no notification. So therefore you have to start the process back over again as if it's your first time. So I do it again and again my withdraw is reversed again this time I reached out and did a chat with a representative who tell me my bitcoin address was to long. 1)the dearlers cheats so obviously to a point that you literally see them do it.
2)if dealer makes an error you can’t get your money back.
3)the stacking mechanism is rigged to favor the casino.

I have never had an issue with this site
UPDATE #2 although they had no problem paying out the first $2,500 in less than 48 hours. I waited the 10 days they make you wait for the other $2,500. I’m now going into the 4th day and a weekend without payment. At one point I was up 10k but didn’t want to wait 2 months to get paid. The reason they make you wait is so you cancel the withdrawal request to play down your winnings. I’m not removing the 5th star yet.
