So i have been going through the verification process and have sent multiple emails and exactly how they ask. They keep saying its blurry yet but take picture standing still in bright room, clean camara with new samsung and i use jpeg for ducuments as they requested. Yet they keep saying is blurry. Tough withdrawal process and updated results
Ive been playing for about a week. Customer Appreciation is Top Notch
I believe this place has the best VIP program out there. The bonuses are great. The customer service is great. They have reached out to me many times with bonuses for no reason. They reach out for feedback. The only thing I would love to see improved is the withdrawal process. Although if you are VIP it is within 48 hours, that is only weekdays. No withdrawals on weekends. So glad I ONLY lost $100 to this absolute scam of a company. Don’t do it. “Terms and conditions” that are endless and only designed to keep you from cashing out.
