Very very bad customer service the girl cashier was very rude and throwed the shose box and receipt front of me this is my last time .I don't recommend to go to this store .they don't respect customer.store address is 1132 east fort union Blvd Midvale Utah

First, sent used dirty shoes in half a shoe box. Had todrive 3 hours to nearest location to tryand return as I needed them. Ended up reordering- and now received a used pair of TWO different sizes!! In a box sliced open. What do they say? you can come to the shoe store and will give you a new box. Unbelievable. Will never shop at this company again.

I ordered shoes, when received they were too small, even tho the site states they run "true to size"! I talked w/ customer service to get a bigger size. They insisted they would need to send me a return label, I would have to take them to Fed X, then they could ship me a new size which could take 3 wks!! I suggested they ship the new size to a store near me and I could exchange there, but no that couldn't be done. Talked w/ Deshana from corp office, but she couldn't/wouldn't make it any easier either. Terrible, terrible customer service. Do not buy from DSW, I sure won't!! And will be telling many people about this unfortunate experience...

Bought a pair of Skechers online. I had had one pair before and thought I'd get another of the walkersarch fit-archfit glide step orvan Germane sneaker. I certainly used the shoes but not every day and within 3 months the shoe is starting to fall apart. I went to a store and they told me they couldn't help me. I called customer service. The online person,Ruth, asked me to put the in-store manager on the line to verify there was damage which she did. Then, Ruth told me that DSW could not return a shoe that had been purchased 3 months ago/ provide any credit Basically what they're saying is they can sell a product that is not of quality though I spent enough on it but not stand by the workmanship. I have been purchasing more shoes from this store than any place else. But the good news is that there are many other places to shop. It's not that DSW lost a customer but that it lost a customer that actually shops there on a regular basis. You don't have to solicit a store that doesn't care about their customers. While the online person named Ruth was pleasant until she wasn't the people at the East Cobb store acted as if this was just a hassle that they didn't want to deal with.

Ordered a pair of Skechers online. Received in a decent amount of time however, the wrong color was sent. Did a live chat with customer service and was told the correct color would be sent. Received the new pair in just under a week. Once again, they sent the wrong color. Did another live chat. This time I was told I had to ship the sneakers back to DSW in order to get my money back. I don't have a printer so I was told I have to drive to a store (closest is 28 miles away) and the store would print a return label for me. I was given a deadline as well. I can't make their deadline. My husband is treating for colon cancer. The sneakers were a gift for someone. I ordered in plenty of time but DSW sent the wrong pair both times so now i have no gift for the recipient AND I've now been charged for 2 pairs of the wrong sneakers. This was THEIR error, not mine. They've charged me for 2 pairs of wrong sneakers. Order at your own risk. This company is beyond ridiculous.

They are scammers. Coupons don't work, everything seems to be excluded from the discount they are a horrible company. They are the next to close up shop. Dsw is a💩 show. Ordered boots waited 3 day for an update. The email I get sorry for the inconvenience but your order is delayed. The staff excuse no longer works. 10 days for an order ......

Very easy and affordable. I ordered a couple of pairs of slides and ended up not receiving a couple of the pairs but after reaching out I received a refund on the purchase within the next couple of days.

I bought 2 pair of shoes online my card was debited 133.42 on May 30. On June 1 my card was debited 64.04 and 133.42 again! I had to have my bank reverse the 133.42. I just found out my shoes shipped separately so the 64.04 debit is correct I'm to get another debit for 69.38 but I still have a pending hold on my account for 133.42! I buy online all the time and have never experienced anything like this. I will not use DSW again

I have a gift card that I got from my employer for DSW. I have stopped by several times to include today. I finally saw a pair of Van's that I really liked. I went to try them on but there was one of those electronic devices on the shoes that had been locked over the laces. I couldn't try them on because the top of the shoe would not open enough to try them on. Well, if you have a theft problem then you are safe. You didn't, however, get a sale! I will choose a different store the next time my employer offers a gift card.

DSW’s online returns take far too long to process. 7-10 Business days after they have received the return is no longer an industry standard. DSW should get on board with the speed and efficacy of competitors like Amazon!

Their coupon system is either a scam or programmed by developers who should find another career. I was trying to buy something for Mother's day and my wife pointed out shoes she wanted and a coupon code she'd like to use (I hate coupons, but they make her happy, so..). Entered the Mother's Day code, said the order didn't qualify. My wife said no problem, she has another code, great - enter it: sorry, can't be combined with another offer (the one I didn't qualify for apparently). Crap, so it didn't drop the one that didn't work. No problem, incognito mode, recreated the basket, applied the new coupon - sorry, already used. Geez, do it right or don't do it at all. I actually paid full price and just said I got the discount to make her happy - we share all finances so it wasn't like I was being cheap, she just didn't want them for full price.

I bought a pair of slip-on shoes which, while the correct size, had such a narrow opening that getting them on my feet was nearly impossible. I returned them in pristine condition (including the box) and received a refund that was less than I had paid. When I contacted them, it turned out they charge an $8.50 fee for returns. DSW clearly doesn't really stand by what they sell.

I have been satisfied with my experience with dsw and the merchandise was top quality.

Ordered shoes at full price and these jerks send me seconds. Shoes not even match. Thanks for wasting my time. Was able to take back to the store for full refund and later found a pair of shoes...

Do NOT order from DSW. There is no notification system in place to let you know if, when or how you will ever receive your order. Once you get the confirmation of your online order, that is the last you hear from them. Customer Service is non existing. They simply 'read' their replies to your questions.

I have shopped at DSW for years! I love heels and they always have the nicest heels! They have the best sneakers in my opinion! Their discounted section also has very nice shoes for a decent price. My husband also finds him a pair of shoes for himself every time we go! You can’t go wrong with DSW!

At least three times I received a coupon in the mail for something like $20 off if I spend $50 etc. However, when I tried to use the coupon, I get a message saying that this was used already. This is really fake advertising. Is DSW issuing one coupon to millions of customers on a first come first served basis? They should not try to get customers using deception.

VERY Disappointed in DSW's Baiting you to give up your E Mail or Texting to give you a Bogus 15% "discount" when they exclude everything or just about everything they sell. What DOESN'T DSW "exclude" from their "discounts" of shoes? N O T H I N G ! That's right, Nothing! I'll never buy another item from them!

I was surprised to enter DSW today. I went to picked an order item and the store was in completely disorganized, there was boxes everywhere and the young lady behind the counter give me attitude because I asked her if I need to give her an ID to pick up the package, she said “no.” If IDs are not required please remove this requirement from the emails that are send to customer. Customer Service in this store used to be amazing, but when you have this young people working they do not care about the customer the way older people do. I also bought another pair of sandal and she didn’t ask about my rewards point.

Absolutely garbage website. I've never tried more times to purchase a product and have the website fault out. I literally could not give them my money if I tried. I will never attempt to buy a DSW product again.
