Excellent service, excellent value for money

Having waited a week after my order without any communications I sent a query to customer services. I was advised there had been an error with email addresses and that my order had been dispatched 'a couple of days ago,' I then received my order 3 days later, which seem unusual given it was sent first class..... (Have a feeling it was quickly sorted after my chase.) That said, the sticks were a good price and the haribo included was a nice touch! May try again if I'm not in a rush in future.

I ordered a boom stand and felts, they serve their purpose very well. But, I ordered these when it said "with every order, get a free gift" and they come but there was no free gift with them but the free delivery was really good, I plan on buying my next kit from here too :D

Drum-Stop is a brilliant online drum shop! It has lots of different items and at good value for money. I was extremely happy with my purchase, which arrived within 3 days! The delivery was also superb, I was given an hour slot in which the driver would arrive, and I got my cymbal and stand on time! I would recommend drum-stop to anybody, as they are a brilliant, good value shop.

I have bought quite a few things from drum stop simple because they are a great place to shop.

This time i bought a Mapex triple stand and as usual from Drum Stop it was a quick,easy transaction.The stand was very well packaged and,too my surprise also came with a free pair of sticks.

Good price, good service. Website purchase process was a bit of a fiddle which is the only reason I've not given five stars. I was using a tablet to purchase which may not have helped. But in all the important stuff drum stop are ace.

I recently bought a snare and a crash from these guys it's was my first perchase from Drum Stop and it will definitely not be my last. Amazing customer service and really down to earth guys. If you haven't already you NEED to check out Drum-Stop they sell the best of the best and the only drum store that stocks Truth that I know of in England.

Brilliant shop that feels welcoming and looks fantastic. The staff couldn't be any more helpful and even as a relative newcomer to drumming i always feel relaxed asking questions or seeking advice.
I would recommend visiting in person ( you might spend too much though as everything looks so good!)but if that's not possible calling by phone or using the website to order goods is also a friendly and easy experience! The delivery time is good and they keep you upto date with the progress of your order.
I would not but any drum related product from anywhere else!

We recently bought a drum kit for our son, who is keen to learn and have started taking lessons at school, only to realise that it is L O U D. In order to keep our sanity and peace with our neighbours, we decided to get the silencer pads from drum-stop.co.uk.
The pads were delivered, along with the drum stick bag purchased together, within a couple of days of ordering. Excellent service from drum-stop.

Great prices on what i bought,cheapest i could find. Very fast delivery considering the bank holidays. Extremely satisfied with purchase, will buy many more items from them in the future.

Helpful service (via telephone) and advice. goods well packed & dispatched quickly. Original P&P was a little high to Island but the guys worked hard to get this down, I will definitely continue to use DrumStop again.

My experience with drum stop has always been positive. I have purchased a couple of items over the past year, a Roc n Soc stool and the most recent being a Gretsch 14 x 6.5 Hybrid Hoop Snare Drum and a couple of Fiberskyn 3 drum heads.
I have always found the staff very knowledgeable and friendly and I have no problem recommending Drum-Stop for any drumming need, they use a very efficient and reliable courier service who keep you updated on not only the time of your delivery but where the vehicle is in relation to your home... additionally, the guys at Drum-Stop fitted one of the Fiberskyn heads onto the new snare for me...at no extra charge...thanks guys.

Excellent customer care, fast delivery & would highly recommend

With just days until a gig and a crash cymbal in tatters I needed to get ones asap. So after a look online drum-stop turned out to be the cheapest and bought a replacement. Within an hour I had missed a call from them and after calling them back they informed me that there were none available @ sabian. Which us is fine but they were willing and able to help me find another cymbal which actually suits my needs even better than the one I was looking for. I'm definitly going to be using them for all my cymbal needs in the future as that levlel of customer service is rare and appreciated.

I ordered late on Thursday but it was shipped the next day and arrived next business day.

Thanks for your excellent service in tracking me down a meinl front plate for my cajon, as those twits from meinl in Germany were as useless as a fart in a space suit .
