1604 is good distribution service but I feel there's allot more that can be added to make the experience even better such as:
1. A presave link to share after a release gets approved ( before the release date)
2. A take down option in the menu to remove Releases more effectively. Instead of contacting the admin
3. An option to edit releases after approval such as cover art or wrong metadata.
4.An opinion to chose the exact time Release should drop (e.g 12:00pm , 1:00am , e.t.c)

Constant failure in distribution
First of all, I want to appreciate the opportunity of allowing artists share their art to the world for free, however, what is worth doing is worth doing well, why give people chance to upload for free but weak customer service, massive delay in going live and several times you reject artists songs without a reason or review that’s terrible honestly. I’ve been using 1604 since 2024, but I only uploaded one song successfully, the rest gets rejected without a particular reason or customer service guidance. Good luck to you guys though.

Whenever a submission does not meet store guidelines, our review team always provides a specific reason for the rejection. This information is sent to the artist by email and is also visible directly on the release page within the dashboard.
In addition, we provide detailed FAQs and guidance that explain common store requirements and how to prepare releases so they comply with platform guidelines. These policies are set by the digital stores themselves and we must enforce them to ensure music is accepted by platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, and others.
If you are experiencing difficulties with specific releases, we encourage you to open a support ticket so our team can review your case and provide guidance. Our goal is always to help artists successfully distribute their music while following store requirements.

Regarding stats and revenue, streaming platforms release reporting data on their own timelines, which means there can sometimes be a delay before numbers appear in your dashboard. This is an industry standard and not specific to our platform.
