Brilliant and great range and great delivery

I have only given 4 stars, as I ordered on Thursday evening. It said order within so many hours for delivery Saturday. I paid next day delivery and came on Monday, after waiting all Saturday. On looking again it did say double the price for a Saturday delivery. But I did think if it was specifically a Saturday wanted. Wouldn't have bothered with next day had I realised it would have been after the weekend.

Always a prompt efficient service and quick to reply to any emails or queries.
I have used on multiple occasions now - never a bad experience.
Bottles are always well packaged and protected.

My only problem was the website didn't/wouldn't accept my order. It seems that this is because I live outside the UK. However once in contact by phone the order was placed and delivered as promised. Good price and good service.

Ordered a Malt Whisky had mail saying it would be delivered 8th stayed in it did not turn up. The next day I got an email saying delivery would be by the 12th I emailed company and was told they no longer stocked item would I like to order something else with money they had already taken. This is a scam which I have come across before with another drinks supply company. I know for a fact they never had this item in stock yet they claimed they had shipped it and gave me a delivery date. Avoid this company - it is a cheap trick.

Ordering on e system can be difficult.

The wine ordered was Calusari Pinot Noir 2016 and this is what was shown on the Invoice, but the 2014 vintage was delivered.
The Invoice received by email had no covering letter and did not confirm that I had paid online with the order resulting in me having to check that payment had been received.
The packaging was excessive (even the courier, who has delivered wine to us from a number of other companies, thought the package was far too big for a case of wine).

Delivered NEXT DAY! Would have been nearly impossible for the bottle to break, due to the excellent way that it was packaged. Competitive pricing. Couldn't ask for more. Will use again. Very highly recommended.

Bought a bottle of rum for my mum for mothers day on Thursday, didn't think it would arrive on time but it showed up Saturday, super fast delivery and good pricing will be buying more drinks in the future.
