Great customer service
I ordered a bottle for my father in law's 50th and was worried as it had not been delivered. I called the office and replacement was sent there and then and arrived the very next morning. Outstanding customer service will definitely buy from here again

What a wonderful company!
Massive range of really interesting and high quality spirits and especially their gin collection which interests me most! Really efficient online service from nice people who it is a pleasure to give money to .... ouch, did I say that?! A real gem hidden in the depths of Cornwall which is well worth a visit if in the area.

Problem was excellently resolved very quickly, thank you.
Drinkfinder seem an excellent company from which to buy drinks from. They dealt with a wrongly delivered bottle of drink very quickly which was expertly packaged up so as to make sure the glass bottles were very safely delivered. Would recommend them to anyone.

Very fast delivery, best prices on the web
I bought a couple of expensive bottles of vintage port, drinkfinder.co.uk had the best prices I could find. Shipped out less than an hour after I put in my order, and delivery was available within a 5 day window starting the following day.
Very good experience, would definitely use again.

Very poor experience, won't be using again
Terrible trouble with getting products once ordered. I had three different dates that were missed for reasons that were really just unacceptable. Although the people I spoke to at Drinkfinder were pleasant enough they were just useless when it came to dealing with their contracted delivery provider.
