Perfectly happy with the packaging and …

Perfectly happy with the packaging and delivery (and the product). My only point of "friction" was being advised (while ordering online) that orders over £50 would trigger free postage and packaging. However when I put through the order I was charged for said postage and packaging.

Highly recommended Quality selection at sensible prices. I did have a delivery issue which transpired to be there courier Matter was sorted promptly with a full postage refund Excellent service Will definitely use them again

The service is good

Their service is very good, the prices are reasonable. Unfortunately on this occasion Hermes let them down, taking 9 days to deliver. They also claim an attempted delivery when the recipient was at home. Strange?
