Excellent in every way -- except …

Excellent in every way -- except delivery man did not wait more than one minute for door to be answered and left heavy package with a neighbour. I opened my door when I saw the van from my window as he was getting into it and he just shouted "its over there" pointing to my neighbour.
I think he could have collected and delivered to me at that point but he just drove away.

Quick, courteous no fuss service

My item arrived damaged and based on other delivery experiences I was a little apprehensive about contacting drinkfinder. I needn't have worried, the situation was resolved quickly and courteously with no fuss. I will definitely be using drinkfinder again.
