My order was lost
My order was lost. Once reported I was contacted quite quickly. In the mean time they had ran out of what I wanted. I was told this 3 days ago & I am still waiting for my refund.

I know what I want, and I know where to get it, The drinkshop is my first port of call for my cocktail mixers as their prices and services are very competitive. They specialising in everything that cannot be found in the high street. Must admit I don’t drink as much but what I want I will always buy from here.

Our couriers work Monday to Friday, unless you paid the extra for a Saturday delivery. I can see it was an economy delivery chosen by your self which is 2-3 working days and turned up within that time frame.

Everything went better than expected, I ordered from Germany and are used to delivery times of about two weeks. Therefore I was amazed to receive the parcel three days after my order. The bottles were protected very good in the air-cushioned plastic containers, which too is better than what I have seen from other suppliers of drinks.

No fuss transaction
No fuss transaction, I ordered a box of sparkling wine on Thursday for Saturday delivery. It arrived Saturday morning handed over by a very courteous and friendly courier. The bottles were well packaged and securely taped, trackable delivery.....whats not to like! Fantastic service and will buy again from this vendor.
