Once again perfect

Very disappointed !
Firstly I received a different bottle of whisky to my original order, only when they received this returned bottle was I told the one that I originally ordered wasn't in stock. Not impressed !! Received a refund and then purchased the bottle I wanted from another outlet at £10 less.

I paid for next day delivery on the 22nd December and received my purchase on the 28th December, When I phoned up I was told to read the small print, well I wont use this company again

As with any company around the Christmas and New Year time we state that Next Working Day is at the perils of when the courier are counting as working days and where national holidays fall. Also that due to high volumes at them times of year there may be delays. We do suggest that when ordering around Christmas time to order in good time.

Overall the purchase process was good
Overall the purchase process was good, and choice was excellent however very slow on sending confirmation of order, took 2 days which seems odd so assume a system issue, the order was booked on standard 3 to 4 day delivery but actually took 5 days from day of order which resulted in late delivery of gift.. in defence it was ordered over the Black Friday weekend and possibly reason for delay etc.. ordinarily would have given 4 stars if had arrived on time and 5 if had arrived on tine and confirmation of order received at tine of order completion.
