Excellent service
Excellent service, extremely helpful staff. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will be using them myself again without question. Even through the postal strikes they went above and beyond to ensure I received my medication in time, a thoroughly professional service.

Still not arrived after over a week
Still not arrived after over a week. Paid extra for 48 hr delivery. Blaming strikes from 30th and today even though they’ve had it over a week! Customer service say nothing they can do. Use an alternative courier then!

I am sorry to hear you have not been happy with our service relating to your recent order.
The delay has unfortunately been due to Royal Mail and the postal strikes, our dispensary processed your order and this was shipped out the day after the order was placed.
Due to the current strikes Royal Mail have failed to deliver within the specified timeframe and I can only apologise for this but your medication should arrive with you today.
We will try and plan better in the future for postal strikes which will effect delivery.
