Will not be using again, not only did they mess up 2 orders. They made it a big deal out of giving me refund, when they hadn't even dispatched. It took over 2 weeks to sort. Has a gesture of good will they only offered me 15% discount of my next order..........shocking.

Standby meds.
Don’t know what I’d do without this service. U.T.I.’s just come out of the blue for me. Being able to have this readily available is invaluable. I am an older female and walk in pharmacy’s will not prescribe. It is a nightmare getting a GP appointment and they always want a urine sample to send to lab. This takes longer than the three days to clear infection, meaning I am feeling very low and unwell for up to a week or more. Three cheers for Dr Felix. Service was prompt.

You take my money in three mins. You then say you are going to refund in about a week. You changed the rules. You do not tell your loyal customers this. You got to be now the worst provider out there now. You use to be good, sack the person in charge and get back to how you used to be.

Although the refund can take 7-10 days to reach your bank account, this isn't due to us or our processes. When a refund is requested, it is initiated that day.
Unfortunately, due to the banking system in the UK, this is the reason for it taking a week to reach you.
