My pharmacist didn't have in stock my prescription medication, so I contacted Dr. Felix. It was very straight forward and I received what I asked for very quickly. Just one point, considering the small amount I required, the packaging was enormous and couldn't go through the letterbox.

Ordered yesterday at roughly 1:30pm received order today at 11:30am fantastic service, excellent communication 1st class experience all round, I would have no hesitation recommending this company and will certainly be continuing to use them, thanks Dr Felix! Very happy.

Placed an order for ED medication, order was accepted and just needed to be signed off by a doctor, received an email informing me it had been approved and waiting for shipping, the next day I get email asking for a driving license or passport ( I have nether) so I gave them a call they informed that they couldn't find me on the electoral register so unable to confirm I'm over 18 , I offered to provide my previous address so they could clarify but they said that wasn't possible,
Nowhere on the website did it mention age verification or needing ID ,
Quick enough to take my money but told it would take 5-10 working days to receive my refund.
I'm 41 years old and the reason I decided to purchase online was a discrete easy & affordable purchase

Dr’s don’t know what they’re doing. Placed an order in 2022 for medication because I couldn’t get through to my gp they approved it. Come to the present same dose & medication used by me from my gp except I need a review with my gp to get a resupply. Problem is every-time I phone up they’re fully booked and I can’t order a repeat until then & I only have a 5 day supply. So there I am thinking let me go to dr felix to save the day. And despite nothing changing I get rejected and refunded for the same order they approved a year ago. This tells me the Dr’s don’t know what they’re doing at all so someone approved could be in danger yet someone rejected could be at zero risk …… and I am a scientist myself could have done medicine if I wanted but no thank you.
