Dreams - Cardiff Newport Road Recenzje

Had a great experience choosing a mattress at Cardiff branch. We had the pressure points measured by the electronic mattress and 4 mattresses recommended. Mark (I believe) was super attentive and really helped to understand what would work best. Also got the pillows and voi la, the back stopped hurting and I’ve had no niggling aches at the neck either. Super pleased!

Really helpful sales assistants, made the information understandable and ensured i had the right bed for me.

The matttress seemed to be different. In store we sank into it but ours seemed a little firmer otherwise it is ok

The guys were very friendly and efficient

We knew what we wanted Laura showed us the product and demonstrated it explained the guarantee and we made a purchase with the help of Tracey the manager also and we’re offered coffee while we did the paperwork Excellent shop easy to find products and no fuss would recommend this shop and Laura and Tracey especially

Laura in the store very helpful & informative, a purchase made easy via technology! Many thanks. The delivery was as scheduled job done.

Great help and advice from the sales assistant! Although we weren’t planning on spending quite so much… our new tempur memory foam mattress is the best thing ever!

I was very disappointed when my mattress arrived there was an awful aroma coming frpm said mattress I was told by the company this was due to a fire retardant which is added to the mattress and would go in a few days. The smell is stoll liingering more than two weeks later so I have now used the bed twice. My reason for changing my mattress because I had trouble with my back and wanted a firmer one unfortunately this mattress has not done this even though my pressure was measured my your machine set up in your shop for this purpose. I am very disappointed with my mattress and woul like your advice. S Churchill

Very helpful staff in store who arranged convenient delivery and then collection of old one. Delivery staff were punctual and polite too.

From point of order through to delivery we couldn’t fault the service received.
The pricing of the product was excellent and the quality is superb.
A great nights sleep again - full of pleasant Dreams.

Great delivery time all though to have an afternoon slot you do pay more !?! So I went with the cheaper option.

Dreams . They were so helpful very friendly and professional , not pushy at all . They spent a lot of time helping us make the right decision.
We are delighted with the bed, base mattress and headboard .
The two young men that delivered the bed put on special shoes to protect our carpets and were very friendly and professional
Would highly recommend.

First class service from the minute I went in through the doors to the delivery & installation of my new bed

It's a lovely comfortable bed. So glad I went in dreams to buy it, medium support but soft, comfy and of good quality.

From start to finish a very professional, helpul and pleasant experience. Both staff (Pam and her colleague) could not have been more helpful. Whilst Pam helped talk me through all my options to hel me decide on my new single bed frame, pillow and matteress her colleague looked after my husband who has full dementia. Pam was very knowledgebale and listened to my need rather than just trying to sell me the most expensive ones. I wish shopping was always this pleasant.

Great advice from the assistant. Speedy delivery date. Efficient delivery and assembly. Great service all round

The customer relationship is excellent. Timely delivery of bought items.
